    First time had issues i was in stonefalls trying to enter a delve. Now it takes about 8 trys to log into the server just to get to char select and a few trys to get into game once in game i can play as long as i dont hit a loading screen If i Anything with a loading screen gets me kicked.
    Created a ticket this morning.

    I have ran traces from multiple peering points to eliminate any backbone issues with ISP's or peering partners. I have checked and ensured proper communications of all ports against my firewall and network.

    It would appear you have a server in your cluster that is having issues, i would recommend rolling restarts at this point. If it is a simple glitch this may resolve the issue and free up anything that is stuck while the server code is being parsed.

    All other games on PS4 working with no issues. I can watch Netflix on Ps4 with no issue.

    I think that after shelling out $90+ for the imperial edition and maybe able to play 1 day a week since launch we all deserve some in game crowns as compensation. It really is a great game and a refund is the last thing I want. But I really think we all need to be comped some how. I work for a living and have a wife, I can only play at certain times throughout the week and every time I actually get to play this game has bugs and craps out. These bugs should have been tested and fixed before launch.

    We're aware that many of you are still experiencing issues when attempting to log into the console megaservers. We don't currently have an update, but rest assured that we are still investigating. That said, we'd like to get some information from you that will assist us:
    • Which console are you on?
    • What is your geographic location?
    • What was the last thing you were doing in-game, and where were you in-game?
    • When was the first time you got kicked from the game, and have you been able to get in and play since then?
    • Have you created a ticket with Customer Support?
    We understand this is very frustrating, and appreciate your understanding and patience while we continue to dig into this issue. Moving forward, we'll provide any updates in this thread.

    I was out collecting materils and crafting in Bangkorai, then I made the mistake of trying to fast travel to another zone.

    Friday night, maybe around 8pm (est), I have been able to play some since. But I get kicked very quickly.

    Why would I create a support ticket, ZOS doesn't seem to respond to them anyway.

    I'm going to assume that you won't be charging me for my ESO Plus subscription until these connection issues are resolved.

    I started getting kicked on Friday evening after 8 pm. I'm using Xbox one and am in south Florida. I've experienced this issue consistently throughout the weekend. Typically it happens when I'm changing from one zone to another via way shrine or travel to player. I've also had significant issues logging back in once kicked. My login times out after the initial start screen and during character load.

    every major mmo has bugs but never seen one that I couldn't play because of them so I agree with you on this one. I even un subbed because if I can not play why would I pay to not be able to use the bonus 10% xp lol

    When was the first time you got kicked from the game, and have you been able to get in and play since then? I was first kicked out on this past Friday, and I can get on sometimes, but when I load certain areas or a solo quest it will usually disconnect me.

    I feel sorry for you guys. any other company would have rebooted the server as soon as the problem was detected. If that would not have worked then they would have taken the servers down and did some basic maintenance on it. Just do not understand their thinking by allowing this to go on for so long without doing anything. Oh and it being the weekend is no excuse.

    Trying to travel to Coldharbour, but every time, it kicks me from the server. I was in Greenshade.

    First time I got kicked was when I went to Greenshade for a writ turn-in and when I tried going back to Coldharbour, I got kicked. And this has been happening to me every time I attempt to go to Coldharbour. So I can play, just not in Coldharbour.

    That is entirely dependent on how the games handle a spiked loss of connectivity. That people have reported being able to play in their current zone if able to login, actually supports this. Once rendered the world opperates normally, it is only when loading into a new zone that people are spiking out

    What was the last thing you were doing in-game, and where were you in-game: In cyrodil taking scrolls and keeps with my guild. Use a Transitus Shrine and get disconnected.

    When was the first time you got kicked from the game, and have you been able to get in and play since then? Happened Friday night around approx 9:30 P.M. (CST). I tried all weekend to log in and could never get back on.

    Have you created a ticket with Customer Support? No, because as much of a widespread issue that it is, creating a ticket will only slow down the process of fixing the problem. All I can do is tell you what thousands of others are.

    ESO Plus member. Unsubbing after my current month runs out.

    I'm experiencing the same problem, but with the european megaserver. When I reach the "game startup" screen (where you select the server), it says "Could not retrieve announcements". I click play, and then it shows "LOGIN FAILED. Connection to server timed out. Please try again later."

    After half an hour of trying, I switched to the american server and then back to the european. I've been able to login that way, it might be just a coincidence though.
