But you forget that people chasing you now wont hold block and you can stun them with the streak and they wont roll dodge and have 50k spell resistance. A good sorc has around 20k spell penetration and that means 90% of the players will be like naked. Then you can use the streak not for escape but to create some distance, cast mines and you are fine. The cost to streak increases by 50% each streak if you streak multiple times in a row.
After the 4th streak the 5th streak will cost 200% of the original cost, thats about 6k magicka for the 5th streak.
Any sorcs knows that you need at least 5-8 BEs if you want to escape, after update 7 sorcs wont be able to escape 8/10 times because the BE cost stacks to high, especially if you're already low on magicka.
I think literately all sorcs in Cyrodiil will have to become vamps for mist form and the sneak bonus. Escaping just with BE is not going to work with the stacking cost increase.
We had this same exact problem in DCUO as well... people would come on to the forums and CRY about how 'this power or that power' was OP, when in reality, it was THEIR OWN fault for not learning THEIR powers and improving their buildsto keep up. The only reason a class in ESO would APPEAR OP, is because that player has min/maxed their skills, attributes, armor, etc... and made themselves strong. The majority of players do not fall into this category, which is why there is continuous whining and arguments. A player comes across a few min/maxers who destroy them, and they cry 'this class is too OP' when in reality, those players developed their build and honed their skills to maximize themselves- but this is FAR from meaning the 'entire class' is OP.
If you find yourself getting beaten by a specific class, then it is high time you come online and do some research, watch some very effective videos for your chosen class and learn how to min/max your build and skills. DO NOT simply whine about it but put no effort into bettering yourself! This also includes those who have this fallacy that they should be able to pick ANY ability they want because 'they like the pretty lights' and do the same damage across the board... they don't want to pick the most effective skills... so then they also cry 'the other classes are OP', but again, it is their own fault for not choosing to implement and hone the most effective skills.

Probably the heal will be reduced twice as you said even that we are not sure yet how it will be implemented. But resto healing ward with cloak and you are with full health again. I don't think that magicks NBs should complain about lacking heals.@Bashev

3000 + 47% = 4410

So it doesn't hurt the sorc. what does that have to do with the NB? The decreased damage does hurt us as much as any other class. We will be doing less damage too. Who said NB burst is a key feature specific to the NB?2.1=Sorcs OP, Dead Stamina NB
1- 50% shields but 50% & 50% all dmg nerf.
This means that the ttk will be higher while sorcs keep the same efective ratio on their shields, longer time to regenerate magica & recast shields when necesary. NB burst dead, a suposed key feature of the class.
Nirnhoned needs a nerf. Few people dispute this. Again you mention sorc like light armor is class specific.
2- Nirhoned nerf.
This means that sorcs will continue to have high spell res due to their light armor tree pasives, heavy armor will continue to have high spell&phys resistance and the most affected will be medium armor users due to no pasive in the medium armor tree that increases spell and/or phys res, mediocre resistance to both spells & phys attacks = paper to both sorcs and phys attacks and 0 burst to compensate because point 1.
You do realize they are nerfing bolt escape again right? Our cost is going to go up each time we cast it. Roll dodging has gotten out of hand. It looks silly seeing a bunch of people rolling around. The skill was never meant to be used that way and you know it. The answer here would be to give medium armor a passive dodge chance against all damage that stacks with evasion. It would be a nice way to give medium armor something unique and useful.
3- Dodge roll nerf.
Instead of nerfing the gear that makes posible for a few players to perma-dodge, the only thing they can do is annoy btw, you nerf the key feature of medium armor.
Dodging allows you to move how far? 5 meters? How far does Bolt scape allow sorcs to move?
Dodge roll is a skill? NO. Bolt scape IS.
Dodge roll stuns or damage oponent? Bolt scape does.
Is perma-roll avaliable to all classes? Yes. And bolt scape? No.
So you are nerfing a mechanic extremely tied to a type of armor, sorcs have shields, stamina NB had dodge, but you are comparing a mitigation mechanic with a all-in-one skill that is Bolt scape.

See above. Also I wouldn't even care if they removed shield stacking. My hardened ward is more than sufficient. I only use healing ward for...healing. I just happen to get more out of it because of high magicka and bastion.4- Shield stacking.
So Sorcs can stack Shields but can NB stack Dodge chane? NO, Evasion (Medium armor) does not stack with Blur (NB) nor with Specter set (8-trait crafted set)... Shield stacking is ok but dodge stacking not.

Do you even know the crappy gear that allows that? Its not tied to a particular class BUT to a type of armor, and the roll nerf hurts everybody rolling, be it permaroller or not.
So now if i roll twice i get a 33% sta penalization WITHOUT being a permaroller myself.. SUX.
If you, as a heavy armor DK, got hit by a 20k Snipe (shealth) you really deserved:
1- Magelight
2- Hold Block
3- Roll
4- Flappy Wings
If you, as a heavy armor DK got hit by a 15k (crit) wrecking blow:
1- Mage light
2- Hold Block
3- Roll
If you as a heavy armor DK got hit by a 8k (crit) steel tornado:
1- Hold Block
3- Roll
4- Dont stand in the middle of the zerg, you are not Leroy.
If you as a heavy armor DK got hit by a 9k (crit) critical rush:
1- Hold Block
2- Roll
I maybe a QQ NB, but you seriously need some LTP lessons and deserved those hits, besides all where crit hits or coming from shealth.
As a medium armor user ive never, NEVER, been hit harder than 15k snipes or whatever, so you must be doing something really bad.
Ppl like you are getting the game nerfed into ridiculness.
Shealthy classes ARE supposed to hit hard, burst you know, after that initial burst... Rip/flee.
