Should Vampires be KoS to Guards at Stage 4?

    The guards should not KOS anyone, especially if they haven't done anything wrong. a stage 4 vamp does not automatically lose control and feed on people. There are plenty of 'bad guys' that are ok to feed on, so one shouldn't assume that the innocent are the only menu.

    On the other hand, if a vamp does feed on the villagers and is seen, it should be a fugitive status and the guards attack. in that scenario and only in that would a kos make sense.

    So i am personally against the guards having a kos policy for stage 4 with the current system.

    I would like to see some benefit though to staying in stage 1. Forget the lore for a second and remember that this is a game. Vamps want to mini-max their stats the same as anyone else. Currently there is more benefit for being in stage 4 then stage 1.

    An idea is that if they reversed the power gain so that in stage 1 you have the benefits of being in the current stage 4, you wouldn't see too many in stage 4.

    I would also like it if they extended the timer from 30 minutes to an hour or two so you can grab a bite to eat then go raid, it would work. It would also be nice if there were a blood bag type option. Something to make the blood a bit more portable.

    This would have been great as a poll.

    As a Vampire, i would love this.. It feels like there is no drawbacks from being a Vampire outside combat.. Other than that plae look on stage 1 which should in my opinion be the same face with same colours as it was when you made your character, stage 2 pale, stage 3 ugly and stage 4 horrible kill on sight thing.

    Might i add that if one changes to werewolf in sight of NPC7Fuard, they should attack you at once too.

    TES V: Skyrim had an item called "Potion of Blood". Don't know if it was actually blood in a bottle or an alchemical concoction, but it served as one feeding. If latter is true, then it could fill the spot of non-violent existence of vamps in Tamriel without "dying" of starvation. Or if it in actuality was just blood in a bottle, it means that Vampires in TES don't need the blood of living victims to survive, though I wouldn't be against bottling of the blood of Worm Cultists and serving that to the good-guy-vamps around. How about you? :)

    Agree. Vamps should be kos'ed and they should have the option to try and turn another player. Ending in the other player having the ability to fight the vampire or run away and if loosing have to turn. By standers should also be able to help the player being attacked by the vampire. Ending in the vampire being swarmed by the normal people.

    Good idea, I would love to see a vampire try to turn a player and then get owned by 2 guards and 10 normal players.
