Ugh, I'm a woman, but I always cringe when I hear "we females." Or any other argument made by one person, starting with we.Ugh... I don't want to wear a costume. You can't dye them. Why can't they make more armor suited for females? They can do this in a manner that isn't skanky. They need to realize that we females are really tired of wearing armor fit for a male. The only costume I have EVER worn is the V6 because it looks nice on my characters instead of the clunky armor you can't match colors on because some of it is this race and some of it is that race. We don't need to look like we belong in the Ebony Flask but come on ZOS, can we have some armor that is fit for awesome female characters?

Anyway, what I meant to say is that I don't think it's a female player thing, or even female character. Men playing as female characters are just as interested in this issue as women - and if I had a dollar for every guy running around Tamriel shirtless... If we do revealing, let's do it tastefully and equally. Both sexes like to show off their arm tattoos.
Also, I have absolutely nothing against what you call "armor fit for a male." On the contrary, I greatly enjoy sensible and practical armor and when I saw the Orcish boob window for the first time, I went "well that's just moronic, do you want to get stabbed?" But all things considered, it's a mild example of revealing armor and there's a dozen of other styles available, so I don't mind. I can find something for myself too. Even so, my characters aren't all the same and don't wear armor all the time (casual stroll around town, anyone?) Light armor is the equivalent of traditional Elder Scrolls robes, which are just clothes, and there's no reason why they need protective padding and whatnot. Of course they could have it, but it's not a basic requirement. Let's keep some of them lighter.

I had the same reaction. I just mentioned Orcish because it's the one that got changed. Though Bosmer is perhaps more justified because it's only in low level armor and Bosmer culture doesn't particularly care for heavy protection. Maybe. Anyhow, I don't want to see either of them removed.newtinmpls wrote: »
This kind of thing happened to me only once, but oddly enough, I was playing a male character. Some random guy kneeled in front of me in an obvious position, I moved away, he did it again, then I emote punched him and he gave up. Went to kneel in front of a woman standing nearby, though.newtinmpls wrote: »joshisanonymous wrote: »<snip> a group of horny dorks decides that women only speak in innuendos that really say "please harass me until I sleep with you." Yes, this can be offensive, however speaking as someone whose orc battlemage went with redguard heavy armor because she wasn't fond of the upper level "boob window", I can assure you that clothing (revealing or otherwise) is not going to make the difference.
Not too long ago I had three clearly young ... males stand around my character attempting to 'out-cool' each other and it appeared to be based on nothing but 1-her gender (the character's) and 2-she was standing still for more than a moment.

Slutty isn't the right word. You can pay 2000 crowns in the crown store to be slutty again.

They are altering costumes that are in the game already, limiting our choices we already had with currant costumes, and then expecting us to pay more money to have these options back by purchasing them from the crown shop.
Not acceptable.
