The crashing has significantly dropped. But I noticed that whenever I do crash, I'm usually doing the animation to cast harness magicka.

How many players crash in the midst of a major siege and end up back in the pathetic queue. How many lose AP as a hard fought siege completely crashes. We are ALL dealing with it across the board, no matter the Alliance. As paying customers we deserve MUCH better.
Wonder if today's maintenance will improve things whatsoever. My crystal ball and magic 8-Ball tell me it is unlikely.

They'll be improved for a few hours (it had gotten so bad, we were seeing rubber banding at 3am central on Sunday morning), but as soon as prime time rolls around and the zergs get rolling, the performance will be in the dumpster again.
The lag is negatively impacting the map at this point. Scrolls are teleporting. Sieges are instantly failing (defenders typically get back first, as the keep is no longer flagged and transit is usually up -- just port to the keep that was under attack, repair everything, mop up any attackers as they appear outside the wall one by one). Players are getting ganked (and getting free AP off the poor dunces logging back in). In short, the present course cannot continue on Thornblade.
The population for PVP has shrunk to the point there are no longer two active servers. Either Upper Craglorn has taken that many out of PVP or the subs/active PVP population has contracted to the point that the devs desperately need to fix the server performance.

Yep, that's true. I quite often crash while casting Harness Magicka.
I also notice that sometimes one of my bars bugs and I no longer see casting animations from skills on that bar. If I switch weapons I do see animation from that bar.
After this bug has appeared I will usually crash within the next few minutes. While on the bugged bar I cannot use any doors or interactable objects, I have to weapon switch and try again.
Anyone experienced any of this?

This bug can be fixed by rolling.
