Night’s Silence: "Fixed an issue where this set bonus wasn’t being applied"

This has not happened the bonus was actually taken away. Stealth was 60% faster but now there is no difference. Please fix this!

This issue is being tracked in the Known Issues thread, which can be found here. It looks like it is slated for a fix in 1.4.4. Thanks for the additional reports.
