They take reduced damage when they have full health. That reduced damage may increase as their health gets lower because of vampire passives but you can stop trying to figure out some 'clever' solutions. It's a flat-out cheat that is applied at all times.

The reason you notice it more cause of Vampires Mitigation on lower health is because their Mitigation is already past 50% in the first place.

When you're hitting someone who's low on health for 9 damage because they've got capped mitigation its rather obvious.

We're talking Flawless Dawnbreaker hitting for 100ish damage on someone at 10% health who's a vampire...its not just the Vampire Mitigation passive, its something else they've stacked with it.

are you sure that the damage you are doing is not being absorbed? I have seen several players take a ton of damage as a result of having 3 different damage shields applied, and having passives or procs that minimize stealth damage.

As an example, A dk can have the light armor shield, their fragmented shield, the alliance shield ultimate or even their corrosive armor or magma armor ulti up, along with their wings and you wont do a lot of damage to them.

Sure they are using a lot of slots for defense but with a sword and board and block up they would be a tough nut to crack.

just between the damage shields your looking at 2000plus in damage absorbtion not counting resists and armor, then the wings reflect projectiles, then you have the sword and board skill that turns a spell into health...yeah its totally possible without exploiting.

Its not damage shields, I can clearly see my damage log with CLS

Agreed. In my situation, they were stunned, no shields, below 25% health and I was doing zero damage.

I'm just shocked that a former DC emp wasn't mentioned and recorded..i mean really..this is not the first time Ive seen this.Its the exact same build.

The vamp mistform exploit is SO EASY to do......but i don't use it, cos i feel, when u resort to that, it's an admission of how bad a player you are....

That being said. Just yesterday. i happen to run into a NB, caught him lurking. Started to go to work on him. Yeah. He had 2% health and became immortal.(If you know how the mistform exploit works, you'll understand)

Then he had the nerve to kill me and do push ups on my body.....
I mean come on.
Don't push honest ppl to a point where they get so pissed off, that they start fighting fire with fire k?

A good amount of the exploiters, were ppl playing honestly and got sick of getting owned by exploits...

Yeah the sorc in my other video had the nerve to message me to taunt me after I was killed by his team after chasing him to his forward camp "You can't kill me" to which I replied "I wasn't try to". I knew I couldn't kill him, my point was just to build evidence to pass on to ESO so they could fix the exploit and ban the player. Neither happened.

I seriously wonder how many players left out of the fraction who are left are the people who subscribed for 6 months at the start. I'm pretty certain when that 6 month mark hits this game is going to become a graveyard. Without some drastic turn of events and some come to jesus meeting from Zenimax I'll be one of those players who is gone. I unsubscribed after Zenimax let Caltrops go on for a month without fixing them.

I have seen it a bit as well, when some ones health bar does not move at all, I mean not a even a tiny bit with the 3 or 4 people beating on them, some thing is up,

Well, i've given you the WHY......so wheres the fix?

I hope they fix it soon and start fixing such issues way faster in the future, including punishment for exploiters.
But the past has shown us, that a fast fix is very unlikely, untill the exploit gets explained in detail on reddit or similar plattforms and everyone starts abusing it.

You mean 50.0% instead of 5.0%? That'd be hilarious.
Actually, I used that set before and never got such a high mitigation. Haven't tried it since update 3 though.
