Please keep us updated, we'll be able to provide you with support.

While we've been actively investigating the "data load failure" error, we'd like to get some additional information from you to help identify the cause. If you're experiencing this error, please submit a help ticket to our Support Team, and attach a Game Consultant file directly to your ticket. Once you do, be sure to send a private message with your ticket number to @ZOS_JasonLeavey so we can investigate further -- if you've already submitted this information to our team, you can just PM your existing ticket number. We'll be sure to provide an update as soon as possible. Thanks!

As someone who has never had this problem, and i play on various different computers, i think it would be interesting to see what those that do have this problem have in common, aside from the obvious like the game and the problem.
the game consultant report file can help the techies in such cases a lot as it shows what hardware is used and what processes are running in the background.
it could be something totally innocuous that nobody would suspect under normal circumstances.
I have seen some weird problems caused by some generally harmless programs.
Just a thought and at any rate more info can never hurt.
ye can find the steps to get hat file in This Post
I'm sure if ye post them here the techies will be happyand, who knows, might be able to pin point the problem a bit quicker.
Last week I was trying different things to improve performance in Cyrodiil. One of the first things I did was switch from Windowed Full Screen to Full Screen which should have improved performance.... it didn't. Full screen mode was slower, had more lag, and was throwing data load errors every 5 to 30 minutes. As soon as I went back to Windowed Full Screen mode, things got much, much better.... better fps, maybe 1 data load failure every 4-6 hours (if that). and far less lag.
Now that I am back to Windowed Full Screen, even the biggest Cyrodiil battles are playable
My system is:
Windows 8.1
AMD FX 6100 6 core 3.31GHz
8GB RAM
230gb SSD drive
Nvidia GTX 650 (driver version 337.88) running dual screens.

I only subbed last week....and never have this problem at all.
Alas sky bought out Bethere since then.
My pc has changed since then.
The router remains the same but was updated to suit sky network.
Has anyone tried rebooting their modem/router just out of interest.
Rebooting the PC might initialise the PC/router connection but errors build up in the router again.
Perhaps assets cant be downloaded in time or found in time ?
This is worse with server load after all.
Perhaps a snapshot of wireshark when the bugs pop up could help.
I had some luck last night and found a game consultant log file from April 15. I included it with five from last nights gaming session so they can compare. I opened a ticket and did everything that Jason asked us to do. I'm going off the grid with this problem now.
