Animation bug - dislocated neck during npc conversation

There is a minor issue where the head of the npc you are talking with
rolls backwards and in all kinds of strange directions.Here is an example in the picture

Have only come across this once in far more than >>240h of play, and reported it when it happened.

yea therfore its a minor problem yet we can't call up the support window at the same time while we in conversation right? therefore I took a screenshot and submitted it here now the servers are down

Did not encounter the jaw animation no but also one time when i started talking to npc in rivenspire the sound of the first dialogue page was missing,nothing really major and sometimes quite funny ..but doubtfully as intended xD
