Restoring Missing Bank Slots/Items & Skill Points

    I would like to know why the heck they aren't providing updates as to what is being done to correct this problem.

    It's now been 2 weeks that I opened a ticket (140410-002103) about my missing bank slots and still they haven't done crap to restore or compensate the loss.

    I tried to call the yesterday and was put on hold for a dang hour before I finally gave up and asked for a call back...which they haven't done either.

    Since I'm tired to trying to get them to do something other than sit on their rears and do nothing, I went ahead an filed a complaint with the BBB against them. I suggest others do the same.

    So I responded to my ticket about the reimbursement of my lost stuff (original ticket now about two weeks old), and I got a response after two days, asking me to give them information to validate I was the account holder.

    I responded to that request, and it's now been another two days without any acknowledgment or action. This is some of the worst CS I've ever experienced.

    I really like this game, and would like to continue playing it, but I'm really getting irritated about this dumb issue that should be fairly simple to deal with. On top of all the progression blocking bugs, this (poor CS) is going to be a deciding factor on my continued presence in ESO.

    Next week I'll be out of town on a business trip, and when I return I'll have 3 days left before the end of the included time.

    If this hasn't been resolved by that point I will not be subscribing, and I will be requesting a refund (purchased direct from Zenimax).

    Get a new CS firm Zenimax.

    Almost 3 weeks now. Still no compensation for the lost gold in bank upgrades i lost. That gold would be able to buy me a vamp bitte or a skill reset. But vamp skills don't work as i read and a lot of nightblade skills are broken so i dont suppose it matters that i reset skill points to take other broken skills.

    Maybe i should cancel sub and come back in a few months if another game hasn't caught my attention by then. . .

    No my issue has not been resolved. When my bank disappeared I had 90 bank slots and my bank was at capacity. There was also 200 gold in the bank. When my bank was restored I had 56 items and no gold or expansion slots. I am still missing 30 bank slots, 200 gold and whatever items were in those 30 slots. I made an approximate guess as to the time the bank disappeared based on when I thought I logged into Stares-at-walls, please do not use this time as exact.

    I did mention I got my bank back, but I have realized that my bank was almost full at 90 slots, I have less than 60 now and 4 open slots. So I lost at least 30 items, and all my gold is still missing

    I've been waiting for over two weeks for any update on this issue. I understand you guys are utterly slammed atm, but I'd like some sort of recognition that my ticket isn't just lost in the matrix. I have had no response since my ticket was marked as solved and I've tried to reply to the support message but get this response:

    "I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not
    be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.

    For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster.

    If you do so, please include this problem report. You can
    delete your own text from the attached returned message."

    I love this game, but the Customer Support is truly awful. It feels as though unless you are aggressively prodding the CS team, you're ignored.

    THANK YOU ZOS! I posted on here because I couldn't reply to mail and I submit a ticket through the online portal. I had compensation for my bank slots returned promptly. I didn't get my 200 gold or 30 missing items back, but I am still SUPER happy. I wanted my expansion back the most out of anything.

    @ZOS_GinaBruno I would like to know this aswell. I read that accounts are being banned due to item duping for taking them and moving them to an alt, is this true? What should we do about these duplicate mails and/or containers/maps/pets in inventory if you know which one is which?

    My opinion is that pets shouldn't count as inventory and every character created should get them. The maps on the other hand aren't worth very much so whatever.

    Here is what has happened to me:

    Lost 40 slots and just over 80k gold.
    I submit ticket.
    CSR Response: We are looking into this, your items and bank slots will be restored.
    Email back and forth explaining none of my items went missing (they got forced into my bags) but money has.
    CSR Response: We are sorry for your loss. Here is 55k gold to compensate you.
    I explain that 55k gold is not enough to buy 40 bank slots and 80K.
    I get escalated to a higher tier.
    CSR Response: What is the answer to your secret question.

    CSR Response: Here is 55k gold to compensate you.
    HOWEVER: They replace my (just over) 97k in my bags with 55k gold! I logged in after receiving the email to find all my gold missing and exactly 55K gold in my inventory bag.
    Before i even got to send a response i got yet another CSR response saying this: "We have reviewed our records of your banking activity with us and are unable to verify your claim of having purchased additional bank slots". This is from the same CSR team member who sent me compensation but took away all my remaining gold. This has to be a joke.

    I am completely and utterly shocked and have yet to experience a customer service team this inept. Are you serious about treating people like this? We are already frustrated, not to mention the ridiculous time sink we have had to go through creating mules, sending in game mails to our mates (please return etc) and having to deal with our space issue. And then this is how you deal with our bugs? How hard is it to: Look at a our activity, verify our stories and RESTORE THE MISSING ITEMS/BANKSLOTS/MONEY THERE AND THEN. Enough with the emails. Im not here to make friends with you, im here to have a good experience playing a game.

    Im now missing 127k gold (roughly 80k +97k -55K from the first compensation) and 40 bank slots. Sort it out.

    i have been made whole. i was given enough gold to cover rebuying the bank slots and the gold i had in the bank. i signed on to my main today, and i had been given a skillpoint reset with an appropriate number of points to respend. i will just suck up the lost time and the fact that a friend i met here is now 20 levels above me :( but overall, this fiasco was resolved for me and i will keep my subscription. ty zos, but PLEASE learn from this and get that cs act together.

    Yes, it has been a looooong while since I lost all the items in my bank. No extra bank slots, just 60/60 items, but my Rings of Mara and Mudcrab were in there when it went PooF.

    Had to send in a paste/copy in another thread on the 22nd or 23rd because the same as above, mail delivery failure, stopped it dead at the door.

    So five days? A week? 24 days and counting, may you have better luck.

    Yay, they finally fixed me up! Only took 11 days, and three tickets submitted, which really could have been worse.

    They gave me 26k gold, which is great since my losses were really only around 6k or so. Generous!

    Still nothing for me after more than 2 weeks. Can't reply to the support tickets because of the mail bugs.

    Did you guys receive an email confirming it was solved, or a in-game message about it with the gold included? Or do I have to continue loading every character everyday to check if the gold is there?

    I haven't played much since I got hit by the bug, managing the inventory is too frustrating. That means I lost more than half of my included 30 days.

    This fiasco pretty much ruined the game for me. Unless something incredible happens before the end of the weekend, I'm out. I've already paid too much for this.

    I got my compensation today after opening a new ticket through the website. I referenced my previous 2 tickets as well as the fact that replying to the previous ticket hadn't worked. I hope everyone else gets their tickets resolved soon. the manage my inventory minigame is really not fun.
