Yet another suspended account here. I'm contacting VISA tomorrow, and reporting any charges made to my card by Zenimax as a fraud attempt. I encourage anyone else with a wrongfully suspended account to do the same.
Banks dont like wrongful fraud alerts.

It's not a wrongful fraud alert. Zenimax has taken payment for goods which they have stopped providing.

That is the very definition of fraud.

You need to read the agreement you signed with ZoS when you gave your credit card to them and then rethink your fraud allegation..

It is extremely rare for EULAs to actually hold up in court, FWIW. They are routinely struck down.

Do whatever you want, Visa will not do anything. I guarantee. It's not fraud.

Norwegian consumer law does an extremely good job at protecting consumers, and I have a strong case in small claims court, should Zenimax choose to take this case there.
Oddly enough, at least in Norway, consumer law takes presedence over Terms of service. Go Norway?

Then I'll close my Visa account too, but either way, I won't bend over for any money grabbing company.

You have a much better recourse and that;s too demand a refund from the retailer you bought the game from. If it's ZoS itself, I don't know if they are still offering.

The only thing you have spent money on at this point is the game itself.

Oh so Upset right now. No reason I should get suspended. I have not done anything wrong.

i think ive been banned aswell, well im not sure but what happened to me sounds like other people here, getting "login information is incorrect" at game login & "account has been suspended" on account management site.

first i thought ive been hacked and after submitting a ticket online started duly freaking out, thinking im going to lose my precious Imperial rp avatar and all my hoarded stuff on mules, after seeing this thread i submitted another asking if ive been banned and if so can you unban me, im not sure as i havent received any email from zenimax about a ban, no emails whatsoever, why i first thought id been hacked, that and the fact i havent done any gold selling/buying or that item duping thing ive only just learned about.

Contacting Visa ie the issuing bank of your credit card and informing them that you are not receiving the services that you paid for will absolutely be acted on.

A charge back with a description code of "not as described" is the hardest charge back to fight. However if they can prove that someone cheated them or defrauded by exploiting in game your chances plummet.

So while it's not an intentional fraud on ZoS part you still are not getting what you paid for and the consumer centric credit card industry sides with the card holders.

    Edit:
Miss read the guarantee part when I started this post but I still feel strongly that people understand their rights when it comes to not getting what they paid for.
    End Edit

For those that are seriously wanting their money back check out Visa.com for your consumer rights as a Visa user. Not a wiki paragraph but from the horses mouth.

I wish everyone best of luck in resolving not being able to play or getting your money back whichever the case may be.

Just a side note about falling through the world. The last time it happened to me It was difficult to /stuck because the server was kicking me for excessive chat. When you are falling it apparently spams the chat system with system chat(my theory). This may be your issue if you were falling through the world. :s

from my developer experience, when an error occurs, many developers send a error message to database or their email , if lots of message comes from the same account , they might think that user is spamming
falling out of map might keep sending error messages out
