I think they can, and various comments from Customer Support claim they can as well.You can trace ppl who sent money to wife and ban this account but you cant trace simple operation like purchase bank expansion?! Really?
So how we can restore our gold and missing itens then???

I am writing off my items as gone and the capability to upgrade my bank from 60 measly crappy crummy slots as not going to happen anytime soon.

Honestly Tera has much better customer support and it's F2P if you want to play that way. Oh and wasn't Zenimax screaming before release play your way guess that was as truthful as the GW2 Manifesto
