Missing Bank Items, Bank Slots, & Skill Points

    well its about 3 hours after i put in the request for a call and i havent heard jack.. its like 9pm pacific so i guess im not getting a call. Suppose i'll try again tomorow

    I am going to post my ticket # here even though I called their bluff and asked them to stop lying to customers when they said my case was resolved when it isn't. I did get a kind-of apology back for that. email dates range from 8th april to 15th april so far. 30 purchased bank slots missing, no items missing (my character had enough inventory space free at the time of the bug) and approx 5k deposited gold gone.

    Cancelled my sub :/ I logged in today on an alt just to play it because my main had it's entire inventory filled with bank items after the bank glitched. It's not fun anymore. I don't have any gold left and no bank slots. Very demotivated to give this game another try. The time I've spent stuck on this problem makes me feel that I've fallen very behind compared to my peers. Gold is worth less now and items cost more. I doubt my 30k gold even means anything anymore. :( I truly had high hopes for me and this game. It's taken a week out of my 30 day grace period. That's time I paid for when I purchased the game (I got the imperial edition). At first, giving me back my gold and bank slots seemed like a fair trade for the time I've spent unable and demotivated to play. Now, I really don't see how Zenimax is ever going get back in my good graces.

    Canceled too. If they fix the bank and restore at least the missing tabs I'll prolly come back but it depends on how long it takes.

    I just read the post reference the fact they wont be returning the bank slots items or gold stolen by the bug in their game code... this is unbelievable and totally unforgivable .. people always 'QQ' about the other mmo's out there but I can say I have never received such poor service and lack of caring from any other game.. back to blizzards cartoon graphics at least bugs and all they always came through with the fix..

    Jessica. Sorry to bother you on this, but one of the CS reps said the bank inventory fix is being performed only on Tuesday's and Friday's during the maintenance windows. Basically suggesting if our accounts were not fixed today it may be fixed Friday, if not then, next week. He also says to contact them if I do not have my bank restored yet.

    Personally, I would rather it be done correctly that quickly of course, but his information seems to conflict with what I understand in this post. Additionally, my bank problem seems to not be related to the problem you listed above in that I was not missing bank slots or inventory before the maintenance that began April 13. My bank inventory went missing April 14 so it may or may not be related.

    Id like to see a new thread of every one that has canceled. We all saw it coming, they can't handle an mmo, much like Rockstar. you guys should stick to single player games before you ruin your reputation, and future sales. I don't care how great this game looks, you got bugs, lots. Stop shipping unfinished products!! And your customer service has no chance of keeping up with your issues. This will fail, there is no "service" as you guys word in your TOS so there's no reason to pay a subscription. Greed has over come the gaming industry

    Everyone seems to be getting the same copy/pasted answers so far.

    My request #140414-049987 was closed without any answer. Classy.

    Do not buy additional slots. I did that Sunday when I noticed my slots were missing. I just bought 10 slots figuring that I would lose them when this was fixed and just needed something so I could move some gear. On Monday, those additional 10 slots were missing also.

    They must have it set to auto-remail the CE items whenever the bank bug hits. I'm up to 7 copies now.

    Luckily I know to immediately log out of my character and log back in and my bank stuff is back,

    Never got the 10 spaces I lost when this all started but luckily even then I didn't lose items becaause I had most of it muled out.

    For those still playing, I have yet to lose any items off a character so far, so maybe some Alt-mules would help.

    Well as I type ESO just dumped to desktop, maybe it's all about to crash for the night. NA server side here.

    Are we just not going to get a response of any kind? It's pretty simple to say, yes, it's ok to buy bank upgrades again and yes, we're going to have an answer for those affected soon. Yes, we're going to restore your character.

    To me, this seems like borderline malfeasance. They've taken our money, provided sub-par, if any, promised basic virtual services, since early access. On top of that, they've ignored thousands of requests for a timely resolution, instead retorting (in some cases two weeks later) with the statement 'can't be done'. No offer of what's going to be done, if anything at all that's a worthwhile recompense.

    I want my account set straight before I cancel, it's the principle at this point.

    Mailed crafting containers disappearing upon removal from mail system or disappear when opened in inventory.

    NOTE: Editing to keep up to date:

    I created a new character and did not get the option to skip Coldharbour.

    Most containers are not resetting after logging out of the game.

    My question is, "Has the Launcher problems not recognizing what version of the game I have effecting the game?"
    Mine and others who downloaded the Beta Launcher says 'The Elder Scrolls Online Beta'. Why is that? Is it possible that the game does not recognize my characters as having played the game before, because creating a new character when I have 7 already should give me the option to skip Coldharbour. Resetting gold, mounts, skill points and bank slots is also something a player new to the game would have without having other characters created yet.

    how did you communicate with them? Ive opened 2 in game tickets and filled out a form here for them to call me and have yet to receive any sort of reply whatsoever. Im getting kinda fed up honestly

    Im going to relate this to my experience in DCUO, i had missing items after a patch, i called support, i was on hold for 5 mins, the gentleman i spoke to found one of my items in the bank that i had not seen, and then promptly added the missing items to my account, my issue was resolved in 30 mins, when he asked if there was anything else and i began to describe a progress blocking bug, he the sent my call to tech specialist who took the information an assured me it would be in the next patch, a week and a half later and it was. THAT IS A FREE TO PLAY GAME. I didn't have to pay for that quality service, they deserve my 15 a month over your crappy support

    Lost my second set of 60->80 bank upgrades probably plus some random stuff.

    The major problem here is that the game BADLY needs a crafting mats storage vault. The shared bank account is a band-aid for the lack of such a vault -- and its an expensive and barely usable band-aid. Now, even that band-aid is broken and unusable due to the frequent resets.

    At this point, I won't buy another set of upgrades, and 60 slots is just too much of a hassle to deal with, so I won't be playing.

    The bank problem needs to be fixed ASAP, then refunds for lost slots should be distributed. And a crafting bank vault should not be too far behind.

    I have got again the EA and CE mails and my bank slot is 60 again. I tired to report bugs tired to deal with this game. I very annoyed.
    Someone reading this forum from devs? This support is very poor. Zero response. You steal my many steal my time. With this attitude this game will be f2p after the first month, because you lost your subscribers.

    I was hit by this bug for the first time a few hours ago. Lost 10 bank spaces, but only recently realized that. Not sure about items or skill points.... had no clue that I should be keeping track of them... seems ridiculous that loss of skill points is even designed as a possibility.

    Just submitted an ingame ticket (140416-007845) but received no email about it, unlike when I report spammers, so I've no confidence its even getting into the system. :neutral_face:

    It took 4 or 5 days for me to receive an initial response (saying the issue was solved) then another 4 or 5 days or so to receive a response indicating that they were aware of the issue and it would be fixed 'during a future patch.'

    I have not received any further information at this stage. Last email contact was received on the 12th.

    I read these stories and feel really sorry for you people this is not normal issnt there any support for these people??? Till now everything is fine on my account but then again i dont track money,bankslots etcetc i just want to play these problems people are having is making me look different at this game!!! I like to play without having to track my account if somethings are missing maybe it already happened i dont know i just play but now i feel a little paranoid( edit: i just found out they took paysafeoption out what a bummer now they loose 80% of eurocostumers)
