    I also tried the different language idea as well, didn't have luck in that either. When I resend info about why they pre-auth my debit card twice I'm going to ask about a new character advancement to 50, see what they say about that.

    It shouldnt even be an option. I had no plan on leveling another character. They have a broken game. Hence they should fix it. It comes at no cost to them to advance a character to the point you would have been anyways had they not had a terrible faulty product. It will only cost them if they refuse to.

    ok now i know why no ticket of today got an answer... my mainchar seems to be blocked for writing tickets... wrote one with a lvl 1 char... 5 min a useless mail conversation starts... more then that... u get blocked and ignored cause ur game is fully unplayable... AAAAAAAAAAAAAANGER!!!!!!!

    Sounds like they are being told to avoid this entirely. Maybe one of the mods could find some free time and clue us in on the situation? Maybe an update for players in your community that are up against a brick wall currently? In fact have billing contact me as well.

But seeing as this prohibits access to Veteran Ranks content, is there any update past, 'We're working on it.'? I mean, there's multiple forms of 'working on it.' You could be 'working on it' like the Penndot people do on a road down the street. Where it's been torn up for three weeks now and occasionally I'll see a union Penndot man flipping a slow/stop sign with no one else in sight.

    There's also 'working on it' such as a man trying to defuse a bomb that isn't really a bomb but he thinks it is. So when it explodes instead of killing him and hundreds of children it actually squirts syrup all over his face in a dramatic and comedic relief portion of a movie, such as in Die Hard with a Vengeance."

    This is what I replied with to the issue of having two pre-authorization charges on my bank account from ESO. I'll let ya know what I get back.

    I'm at roughly 6 out of 80ish people that currently want their money back or are in some kind of rediculous debacle that is zenimax support in my guild. Nearly 10% of everyone I know IG has been blocked by bugs, double charged, banned for gold selling despite never selling gold in their lives or banned for name infractions with names that could never be conceived as bad. What blows my mind is that after 6 days of reporting this nothing has been said other then "expect an email, we have passed it onto the high elves". You think I'm gonna relevel or play a character I cannot progress on longer then 6 days? Are you kidding me?

    The only way your problems is going to be fixed sooner rather than later is to just go public with it, post your problem in some popular discussion/linking-site, add a snappy title + cats, and you're golden.

    They have so many people doing /bug and support request-tickets atm, their system is just overwhelmed. The ones who gets their problems fixed first are the ones going succesfully public.

    *edit* I for one cannot think of a snappy title to save my life, so im also stuck with both my main and zone quest lines being perpetually bugged.

    I'de be happy with an update past, 'We're working on it.' Such as, you know how to fix the problem, might be a week or two till a fix comes in. Anything other than silence and a form answer of, 'We know about it, we're working on it."

    A gm is a game master. Someone who has IG abilities to fix quests and so on.

They use treachery and deceit to hide their identities from the common adventurer. keep your hands close to the hilt my fellow men, there will come a time when those meant to protect you will turn and smite you down for bringing forth information that incriminates that all might Molag bal.

    But on a serious note, even an expected time until a fix is made would make me feel a bit better, at least then we know vaguely when we will be able to play again, maybe go on holiday until then or something :pensive: . The whole lack of communication is ridiculous.

    A spoke to a gm yesterday in game. The part of my quest was not able to be fixed even by a gm. He tried multiple times. If Caldwell is stuck out back during this phase apparently they are not able to do anything about it. We will have to wait till the patch. 7 days of wasted time. 7 days. I don't care about the time either. I care about the levels and falling behind the people I play with. Very sorry to see see things happen this way. If you know the name of a gm I suggest you look for them. They may be able to fix it yours if Caldwell isn't in the corner. Gl all. I'm done here. Hopefully the game gets better for you guys.

    Just posting here to say that I am having the exact same issue with this stage of the quest. Now at level 50 and can't progress to Vet ranks due to this... I don't understand how GMs can't fix or hell, even restart the quest. Countless tickets with canned or down right incorrect information are starting to get very old.

    8 days blocked. I could have been vr10 right now. What a shame this company is. What a sad sad company.
