Every service with a recurring fee requires you put in valid billing information before you get the service. Free trials, such as Netflix, require this information before you get the free time.
Sooo... I want to pay using game cards I will buy at GameStop. I'm not intend to use any form of electronic payment. Please tell me HOW to set up this without having to buy the game card for the 2nd month before I will play my first one.

Ah, no. The option to set up a payment plan has been available for at least a day now. People could have already set those up; there was nothing forcing people to wait till today.

@Arunei, I've tried accessing my account info from the launcher and straight through the web site since I got my physical copy on the 4th and it won't accept my codes or give me an option to subscribe. Without posting a screenshot on my account info page, it just shows that I beta access and early access. I just finally got back into my account from the launcher after an hour or more wait, still no option to subscribe. I give up, no access today for me, what a waste of time.

I bought 30 days with my Imperial edition and now I cant use it unless I give over my credit card details? Not happy don't agree with the policy and there was no mention of it before I purchased, how do I apply for a refund of my imperial edition?
