I don't mind setting up payment method now, my issue is that it looks like I don't have a way to do so...
But if all they're doing is "verifying" that the account is active and valid, the $1 would be just as effective to see if that card/account is truly available.martinbonkowskib14_ESO wrote: »In today's world these companies need to do it this way because some people have a stop so they don't overdraft. Get your *** together !
I assume their target is the Elder Scrolls fan base plus any newcomers they could capture. Everything you complained about happens to be what Elder Scrolls fans enjoy. I think you need a trip to the pharmacy. Good luck with that.

That being said, I really do hope everyone having issues with this gets it resolved sooner rather than later. We paid for this game anywhere from a few days to several months ago; ZOS could have simply let us sign up for the payment option when we purchased the game, but for some reason decided that wasn't the way to go. Perhaps because they couldn't validate this information from third-party vendors? Though I wonder if they could have required a payment selection upon third-party codes being entered into the Account page.
Just PM a Forum Mod. They're CS isn't too keen.taze222b14_ESO wrote: »
I did contact support about it.. I wasn't aware of of this info at the time, though, and kind of sulked because I thought I didn't have enough money for it. Maybe I should wait for their reply before contacting a forum person?
