Fishing bugged?

3 times now I have fished up the rare Achievement-rewarding Inner Sea Scalefin in Bleakrock, and once I tried to loot the fish with R and the other times carefully with E... it never shows up in my inventory, and I never get the achieve! I can loot other fish just fine, even the waterlogged bags, but not the Scalefin! Yes, I have bagspace, so what gives?

same. noticed it on day 1 of early access, was mildly annoyed. Not to hijack your thread but is the fishing skill also not a thing anymore?

Actually those fishes havent shown up in my inventory in the beta, too. But those got directly credited towards the achievment. Thought it takes some time to find the right achievement to check. There is one for fishing all of the rares in Bleakrock. Your Sea scalefin should be higlighted now and the achievement 'waiting' for you to catch the other ones.

I also have this problem - found a rare item twice that never appeared in my inventory and today two green fish also. Going to have to leave fishing until this is fixed.

i just caught the inner sea scalefin and it did not appear in my bags and i also did not get the achieve i spent 2 hours trying for that fish in bleakrock after gathering up all that bait >.<

I have a thread with all the current known issues for fishing here.

Please feel free to report any you find there as a bump for it helps others find it easier.

ah for me it keeps telling that I have no bait even if I do have worms,guts and crawler

the button to interact E is grayed out at a fishing pond.
I also tried to add the bait to the quickslot,still the same story

@Tipsy hold E over the fishing pool and it will bring up the bait selection screen.

If that's bugged try a customer service ticket.

Yes, i can confirm it is bugged. Hope they fix it asap, kinda lame when you finally got a blue or green fish and then it just disapears.

Be careful what you ask for.

If your rare fish start showing up in your inventory, and have any value whatsoever, every fishing hole will be overrun with bots. Right now, fishing seems to be the one bot/exploit free feature EOS. I am going to do everything in my power to keep it that way.

For the love of GOD, keep fishing worthless!!!!!

sigh... have caught the Inner Sea Scalyfin twice now (have auto loot off so know I caught it) but achievement didn't pop... don't care if they don't show up in inventory... I just want credit for catching the dang thing.
