well the 00000 worked for me as I live in Canada and it doesn't recognize my postal code. They did say you could always change your address later so maybe just use a different address for now. Once you get to the creditcard screen its all good.

Problem is the basic information must match the credit card. Which includes zip code
I don't know if anyone suggested this in the tread yet, but I ran into the same issue and resolved it.
At first, I was using Firefox. I kept running into the Billing Address issue till finally, I switched over the Chrome. Then, it was successful on the first try.
It would not surprise me, based on the competence of any team outside of gaming design and development, that the billing site does not work for Firefox.
Good luck!
Worst case, you should be able to set up a prepaid card by that point, and give it your work's zip code on your address.Well finally got a call back at 4:30 pm. They were able to activate my game code, and my 30 days free time. although I didnt get a subscription set up. I'm hoping they will have this problem fixed by the time my 30 days runs out so I wont have to deal with it again.
Received a phone call from support - they said it was escalated 2 days ago. Haven't heard a thing back since. If it's not taken care (of this weekend I'm done. I give up.
