Hmm. This is pretty messed up. I too am getting a message that there's 'an error' in my address. It's my address -- what more can I say? It's the same address I have on my credit card account and everything else. Don't know guys. I guess you really don't want my money after all.
Edit: Found a workaround -- used IE. Seems it was some manner of browser incompatibility. (I just use Firefox, though with some ad/spam-blocking addons.)

International versions of windows sometimes have issues with matching characters used.
If neither is the case you'd be better off calling your credit card company and verifying your billing address and shipping address are correct with them. I'd wager that their response/hold time is much faster/less right now.
