What do you mean by putting your entire address on one line?

do you mean for example 105 South Main? Cause if thats the case thats what im doing. Or do you have some rediculous address? Or adding your town/state to the same 1st line?

My address is of a similar format as well, and it's not working.

Putting it all on one line did not fix it for me.

Hmm. This is pretty messed up. I too am getting a message that there's 'an error' in my address. It's my address -- what more can I say? It's the same address I have on my credit card account and everything else. Don't know guys. I guess you really don't want my money after all.

Edit: Found a workaround -- used IE. Seems it was some manner of browser incompatibility. (I just use Firefox, though with some ad/spam-blocking addons.)

I tried using IE but still no good.

Hmm, bummer. I don't know then. Could be a couple different issues happening. :(

Well, technically, I used IE Tab 2 from within Firefox, but I didn't think that was any different than 'using IE,' from a practical standpoint.

Maybe try disabling any ad-blockers or script-limiters, if you have such things set up in your browser?

What I do like though, is that when i tried using my work address, and got through to the credit card in, put the card info in and it kicked me back to the billing address, but for some reason. The money for the sub is on hold on my bank account even though i didnt get through to confirm

Problem I had was when it asked me for apartment number I put in J. Because that's what it is.

    It didn't take.

Put in "Apt J", like it is on my bank statement... it went through.

And I use firefox with noscript.

It might be worth a shot trying if you have an apartment or suite number.

    Having the same problem.

Tried Firefox, Chrome, and IE on two computers.
Tried Firefox and Chrome on my phone and a tablet.
Tried every possible variation of two addresses with and without abbreviations.
Tried emailing Customer Service, received a link about how I need to setup a subscription and the second reply had NO response.

I don't know what else to suggest, and I'm sorry you and others are going through this. It's ridiculous they didn't fix it already, makes hard to defend the game. I had to make a credit card purchase on a game and they didn't have Brazil in the country selection, so I used that site to make me a US address, I used it without issues and years ago, no consequence what so ever.

I haven't seen it mentioned yet or missed it. Are you using the exact same address as printed on your credit card statement?

International versions of windows sometimes have issues with matching characters used.

If neither is the case you'd be better off calling your credit card company and verifying your billing address and shipping address are correct with them. I'd wager that their response/hold time is much faster/less right now.

It doesnt matter if the address matches the credit card, when you cant get through the billing address part to get to the credit card input page.

I get to the part where I can enter in my credit card info and hit submit, but it just kicks me back to the billing address page with a message saying "We're sorry, there was an error with your Billing Address Information. Please try again."

I had no problems purchasing the game a month prior using the same credit card.

same problem here, got to believe its on their end. since this is the same computer, browser, cc, address that i used to buy the game. ive never asked for my money back, but between this and having to turn off my firewall and virus just to play this game. this isnt beta, i dont even expect this bad in beta, this is no better than a gamma.

Well i finally got a response from customer support saying that i would be "transferred to a higher power" so they can fix my problem. Haven't heard anything else from them in hours now...this is very frustrating.

well ***, i finally got it to work, putting the entire address in one line did the trick.

Confirmed to work, putting street number first and without spaces putting street name after. Example: 8002ZenimaxBoulevard

It just says "invalid address" when i try that.

Not working for me. The problem I'm having is after I enter my credit card info and click next and it processes, it goes back to the address page and says there is something wrong with the address when there isn't.

Ah for me it was that I never got to the payment page because at the address page it told me my address was "Invalid". I hope it helps some people though

I sent in a Ticket with the same issue explaining clearly I did not use any special characters or symbols. I still get a generic response hours later suggesting I don't use characters or symbols. I wanted to laugh. They obviously didn't read my message. Very very frustrating

Unfortunately not working for me either, I suspect you found some lucky voodoo.
  • Freshmango55
Probably going to have to end up waiting for game time cards to fix my problem. I can enter my address but after I process the card it goes back and tells me the address is wrong.

It has to be something wrong with the site reading the city/zip code together. We're screwed until they fix it because we can't change the address info from what's on our credit cards
  • rachelstoolbox
Personally in this case I will give them a week before I seek a refund, and only if I don't lose my 30 days free. If it's not resolved by then the last thing I want to do is send more money by buying a game card for a defective product. They need to earn my sub, and this is sending me the other direction.

I am receiving no help from my correspondence with Customer Service, they aren't even reading what I tell them before sending the next cookie cutter response which has nothing I have not already told them I have attempted. And that's after waiting 7 hours between emails....
