Can't add a sub

SOOO I go to my account page and where is this simple and easy way to set up my sub or the scam athorization thing that some people are getting too? you are able to make a new account but i cant seem to get into my game that i have bought and paid for.. this is really fustrating...

I would like to play and use the 30 days of given play time.. but i cant find anywhere in the account to add and or set that up...

    When you log in at account.elderscrolls.com there is a button 'set up recurring subscription' and then you have 3 options to choose from.I myself will be going for the 180 plan..I infact set it up but just got the news early access counts till 6 april and if you set up the sub now it will charge you 4 may so i'm going to wait till 6 april to set up my sub so it will charge me 6 may..also convenient that it is a bit later during the month

    I actually regret cancelling cause it was set up well but only for 4 may instead of 6may.
    Reactivation can only be done by payment it seems now for me.
    So what I'd like to know,and I don't wish to make separate topic for this,
    will it add to the month gametime if you choose and pay one of these options?

    Yes mine also setup for 4 May. I didn't get the grace period of the gametime when I enter my key and my cc.

    I'm having the same issue... Just for some more info I bought the Retail version of the Imperial Collector's Edition. Also I'm trying to login and it keeps telling me "Login Timeout"... very frustrating as I haven't been able to play for 2 days now due to servers being offline and having to work during server uptime... lol

    mine was set up for 4 May it all went smooth.But I cancelled because I read they gave 2 days extra early access so I thought if I cancel and reactive on 6 April the payment will also move to 6 May..really have screwed up since the only way to reactivate is to pay immediately now.

    I wonder if you pay 180 now will it add to the free month or override this bonus?

    I purchased the Digital Imperial Edition and am also unable to find a subscription button, and am not being given any prompts. My Account page looks exactly like timalcs'.

    I input my activation code from my retailer (GameFly) and have been able to log in and play since day one of the 5 day early access and have all entitlements except my imperial pet, explorer's pet and maps which i understand should be mailed tomorrow.

    Hopefully some of that info helps.

    Waaaaaaaiiiiit a minute. Am I to infer that unless I have my physical copy with game code in my possession by April 6th, I will be locked out of the game?

    Um. Gee. I've already had a bad day at work and my temper is extremely short. I will try to be polite here:

    I was not aware of this limitation to game access at the time I pre-ordered on Amazon. I chose the cheapest shipping method. I will not get my copy until next Friday, the 10th, at the earliest. Had I known that the early-access code was not sufficient for Zenimax to trust that I've actually paid money for the game, I would have chosen the fastest and most expensive delivery option available. Yeesh. I just.

    I'm trying to remember if this is the normal way early-access v. subscription is done, but I just can't remember this being an issue in my many MMO'd past.

    I mean, whyyyyy are you preventing people from setting up subs? I thought y'all wanted to make money from this game? Why not delay the input of a game code for another week or so but require everyone set up a subscription by April Xth? You can still of course require the game code be entered later. But, other than cheap people like me, there are folks who live in remote locations who might also have ordered physical copes and not even an act of some god or other is gonna make their copy arrive to their home any faster.


    This is honestly a head-scratcher for me, folks. Reminds me of that Microsoft employee that scoffed at the idea that there are people who don't have constant internet connections and therefore wouldn't be able to do that whole 'always online XBox' thingy or whatever. Y'all have completely failed to consider folks who don't live in or near cities, or who simply could not have afforded the game AND an expensively short delivery time, or who can't afford that bus ticket out to the Gamestop until their next paycheck or the folks...etc.

    Yeesh, I say.

    So basically you have to pay a bit more to activate the game, or accept that you will be billed again in 30 days?
    Even to just get your free 30day access?
    OR even redeem imperial edition codes?
    Are you actually *** serious?
    What if I was planning to use retail cards as I don't have a credit card or a Paypal account?

    How does that factor in to getting the items you have already purchased?

    I have also pre ordered the imperial edition through Amazon. I did however choose the fastest possible delivery. I received an email from Amazon a week or two ago stating that they will be able to do an early delivery and estimated date to receive it would be April 4th. It is now 3 am April 4th and there is no transaction or delivery process started.. I know this is not a Zenimax issue, but here is where I have the issue.. I had read a few of days ago that there was a 48 hour grace period to enter the code. That would put it at midnight Saturday to enter the code.. Now who has good shipping on the weekends? Alas you extended the time to benefit us?? 8 am Sunday EST? 8 whole hours on a weekend? Your servers were down longer than that on early access. (off topic again sorry) I do not feel that there is enough time for people who have spent their hard earned money to play your game to get the codes in. You are not giving your distributors enough time to supply your loyal and pre paying fan base.
