Weekly endeavor: Kill 50 World Bosses

50 world bosses? Wow. Endevors have really become so bad recently, the best choice seems to be not to bother with them anymore at all.

Has this been the intention all along?

The kill enemies also went up by a lot was 225-250? Can't remember exactly. This week, 500. Also the daily for treasure chests doubled from 2 to 4. Of course no explanation as to why and I doubt we'll get one.

that is definitely a big number, but i think it's pretty doable if you're participating in the Legacy of the Bretons event

I was predicting something like this when they've started to experiment with things like "finish dungeon with a guild mate". Endeavors are main reason of why crown crates sells are dropping so they try to make them as tedious as possible. They've tried to do this by lowering the amount of seals, but players were tracking these and confronted ZOS. Now it's more speculative so easier to push.

Of course it has. People should buy clown crates, god forbid players would get too much for free.

It definitely is achievable, 7 WBs a day with a day of 8 WBs and presto.

If one has that level of engagement with the game however I'd argue that the 'kill 500 enemies' is also an option, perhaps a more attractive one.

Said that for me is not the matter of whether is achievable or not, is the matter of the substantial increase in the 'quotas' while the 'remuneration' remains unchanged.

Is ZOS implying that our productivity is low and we should work harder?

500 enemies is easy - just do dolmens or other incursions where many mobs spawn and spam AOEs all around place - you can do it in 10-15 minutes.

50 worldbosses is nightmare - stupid, pointless grind.

I will do it for the war bear. But the BG's are the true nigtmare.

500 enemies... dolmens/vents/hs/inc. I will take alt without maxed Fighters guild or I will go to Infinite Archive, wasnt there for a while.

50 World Bosses... nah I'm not enjoying this event so pointless grind

5 Battlegrounds... sounds as easiest way but I will not do it until they FIXED them. Zos can do emergency hotfix maintenance because of minor glitch but they wait for incremental for hotfix spectator kicking BUG (you have three lives after that you just wait and game kick you with deserter penalty, no thank you.

Yes, it's painful, but do you really care ?
If you participate in 5 matches and you loose them all, you will have gained something more than 30,000 AP. You can buy a dawn-prism with it, a consolation prize for the effort!

It's a win-win for Zos, so they're unlikely to revert things.

If you put up with it and do them, then they get engagement and they win.

If you don't do them, you don't get seals so you don't buy stuff, and therefore they don't have to give away something for free. They win.

Not that long ago 'Complete three trials' was a weekly.

I guess under these new targets it will be 'Complete 15 trials'?

At least they gave us this achievement during the main week of the event and not the last 2 days. Last time they released this achievement on the final Monday of the Witches Festival with just 2 days to go.

For me, farming the Galen vents dailies and West Weald mirror incursions for the motif I'll be focused on the 500 enemies instead.

Sales in PCEU have been terrible of late and I don't want a bank for gear waiting to be sold from 50 WBs.

yeah i bet it's because endeavours take the place of crowns for buying crown crate items, and that's a money loss for them, so they're probably upping the quotas for endeavours. still though, even though they're harder, they're not exactly undoable. and, if you think about it, if a set of daily endeavours is really difficult, you can just do 2, and the loss is like 15 endeavours, which is nothing. just acquire them passively, if it's easier, or work it into you routine

Two Heists or two Dark Sacraments have taught me it's ok not to do them. I only have one main char with all the prequisites to do those once a day quests.

Since the horrendous AWA I only do everything once, instead of rounding out chars with every acheev.

50 WB's in a week right now is pretty much a non-issue. If it were the normal 20, it'd laughably easy.

I'm in the US. Thursday is a holiday, and it's the day off I have to spend time with family. I will *not* be spending it chasing down world bosses or kills.

If, in the course of regular play - after each full day's work and such - 500 foe fall whilst I am out and about in Tamriel, then I'll achieve the weekly. If not, whatever.

It would be nice, however, if the devs (or the AI picking numbers out of the hat for these endeavors) would remember that for the rest of us, playing is not our job that pays the bills.

I will go for 500 enemies, firstly I will see how many I get through one set of High Isle and Galen dailies......

If that number is too low I will go to FG1 and get my mate Clatterclaw to provide me many little crabbies to kill..... just do minimal damage and watch those crabbies spawn!! 🙂

We have to ask ourselves a question. What is "normal gameplay" ? I clearly remember that endeavours were made shortly after they had to comply to MS policy that everything inside a "loot box" needs to be obtainable via "normal gameplay". So they either had to introduce something like endeavours or remove loot boxes from the store. They have chosen the 1st option, but now it seems like they are trying to fine-tune the system to have a cake & eat a cake too.

Killing 50 world bosses or 500 enemies imho is abnormal gameplay.
