Thanks for flagging this. Are you running any addons? If so, could you try disabling all of them and try pulling without addons enabled? We want to rule that out while trying to figure out if anything else could be happening here.

Having this same issue on Xbox console NA.
Restarting and waiting for greater than 30 minutes with no success. A couple of fellow officers still can’t log in either.

On the log in issue - if they’re freezing on character load in screen, I have had a few guildies fix it by deleting cloud save game data and the game, then reinstalling it. That’s PS5, but might work for XBox?

Trouble is, it's just hard work and doing anything with this part of the system / game always seems to play second (or third) fiddle to other bug fixes or problems, the current zoning crash issues being a case in point.
I love the game, but I can't help feeling like it would be more fun to play if I wasn't constantly fighting it to run a trade guild !!

We need to check back in with the team on this. Haven't heard anything yet. We'll check back in and see if we can provide an update later this week.
You also don't really need to load entirety of history after you delete it, just what your addons are missing (at least all that I use are saving data in their own files after they pick it up). So, i.e. load missing day in LibHistoire and then hit refresh in MM options.

Is that the "Reset Managed Range" option?
I do the same. I also run a pretty low stakes guild, no raffles/slow member cycles, and even I'm encountering pain points with these issues. I don't know if it's the anniversary event, having a good trader this week, or my tweaking our guild listing, but we had a rush of appreciations. I now have no data from the day before an am now writing names down in a notebook to keep track.
Here is a list of the functionality I have lost - as a guild master - since U41:
* anyone who has joined my guild since U41, I can no longer see their join date in the guild roster. This is bad because we promote and give privileges based on time in the guild.
* Guild History - Roster: currently only shows roster changes within the last 24 hours. Nothing previous. Very bad.
...
Please escalate this if possible as this is a severe setback for the social and trading aspects of the game.

Some fixes have already been completed and more are planed for the next incremental patch.

Appreciate the update @Sharlikran - good to know.
I'm at a loss as to why you have to be the one updating us tho.
It's not like I have any privileged communication with ZOS. The developer most directly involved is very collaborative and communicates with mod authors.agelonestar wrote: »Appreciate the update @Sharlikran - good to know.
