With PTS week 3, we see a rework of the initial design of Hemorrhaging, making it more accessible to classes other than Warden. In addition, they've added the condition to a few skills and even changed the damage type of one of the 2h execute morphs to be bleed. All great stuff!

... But that bleed execute. That's great. Super! But you've just shown your hand. If it's easy enough to click a button and change the damage type of a 2h skill to bleed, please consider doing this for Sub Assault. It won't make it the better option, since the other morph is better in almost every way, but giving it as an option would be great. We'll still be lacking in bleed choices as stam wardens, but that's more of the nature of the class itself not really giving many skill options to stam DPS. And while you're at it, for those mag warden mains, give em the cold versions of animal companion skills already (and a bleed morph of impaling shards or something while you're at it, for old time's sake).

TBH, I'm kind of disappointed that they chose Executioner to get the Bleed damage. I mean, they chose an Ultimate and an execute... was that supposed to give players more options for Bleed? It's still not advantageous for 2H to run Charged and without that, it's still only 10% chance to proc a Hemorrhaging stack. I think it could be argued that ANY 2H skill could have thematically received Bleed Damage.

I still think they should change LA/HA weapons to proc Hemorrhaging/Sunder depending on the weapon type. That might ACTUALLY get LA weaving chads to use Charged melee weapons! Something that NO one is going to do atm cause ... why?

It's not as easy for them to change the animal companions morphs to bleed for stam/frost for mag because the visual and sound effects also need to be changed, even ever so slightly. I suspect that this is the main reason why they haven't done this change that all of us want. Also regarding making a bleed version of impaling shards, i don't think ice makes any sense as anything other than frost damage unless they somehow made composite damage types. It would (in my opinion) be far more interesting if corrupting pollen did a bleed DoT to facilitate the same effect.

Would be super neat if daggers and swords counted as bleed damage for bleed based item set synergy.
