They look geared for only certain builds. Warden set is a healer build, do they not want a frost Warden to exist?

You must be new. I've been stuck in combat without ever using a weapon or casting a skill before. On multiple occasions.

Does the new Custom Group Finder allow for full, 12-man BG lobbies? I.e., can my guild finally have pre-made nights without having to try and cheese the queue system for everyone to get in the same match?
Would love some clarification on this. If so, I'd highly encourage advertising this aspect of the group finder tool, as it would be a HUGE win for the BG community.

Unfortunately, no. The group finder only helps to form the group participating in the activity. Once the group is formed, the queuing for the activity functions as normal. The custom option helps you to create groups for activities not defined in the provided list of activities, or set up a group for activities without a player count restriction.
So it's not creating a private lobby nor overriding how an activity function. So in this case, the group finder will help you to gather three other teammates for your 4-person team. Then you would queue like normal into BG matches. If you to use customs to group up 12 people and then queue for BG, the queue will tell you there are too many in the group.

They range from being niche to bizarre.
-Warden class set is team healer set. It is for healing yourself and other people. Nothing else. That's not all that wardens do
-Sorc set is a complex tether maze. Whether or not it's good depends on the tool tip, whether or not it's good it's going to add a ton of visual effects to any fight that it's used in
-Necro set has potential especially in PVP by letting them self cast corpse skills. It's versatility is destroyed by being all survivability bonuses
-Arcanist set is an underwhelming support set.
-Nightblade set allows you to spend ultimate to make swallow soul hit hard, and boost healing at a huge opportunity cost... no ultimates... no Balorgh
-Templar set, once you get to 50 stacks it looks amazing. 50 stacks is a lot of stacks especially if you get one 10 second stack per dawns wrath skill.
There's still time. These are a huge thing to decide to include in the game. You can scrap it, or make the sets more broadly useful for their classes, viewing the dk set as the standard.

Their writ voucher values were significantly increased to match the hefty price of platings needed to create them and I'd like to know whether there are plans to bring them down again.
I didn't realize until recently that I can do a random daily dungeon on multiple characters for 10 transmutes per first run per character. I've been doing them on 8 characters a day during the Undaunted event and gone from 3 transmutes to 500 in only 6 days.Finedaible wrote: »I was hoping for another PvE source of Transmute stones too tbh.

jewelry master writs are being updated
i believe going forward there will be no blue jewelry writs (not sure what they are going to do to existing blue jewelry writs, but i assuming their writ value will be rebalanced)

This is the one thing I'm really waiting for news on. When writs were rebalanced last time and massively increased in value, existing ones weren't touched and made effectively worthless, so seems a bit mean if they change them all this time

I have played the game since December 2017. I only ever encountered this in situations where I respawned during an ongoing encounters. e.g. Dragons in Elsweyr or in Cyrodiil. but I don't recall ever encountering it after everything was dead.

Yes. I really want to know before I just throw up my hands and get rid of the blue ones on my mains. I'm silly - I can't stand to delete them (unless they require the more expensive traits - because that just makes them too expensive to bother with).... and with 6 mains (3 accounts both PC megaservers) I have a LOT of blue writs....

When asked, Mike Finnigan replied to Deltia with a confirmation that the sets can be obtained in any weight, for example, a medium and heavy armor version of the new Templar set could be obtained.
