I mean In current Event there are more motif pages than the event has days. And you can only get one motif page per day per account. Even if you would not have any dupicates, you either need to buy event tickets to unlock motif pages or buy motif pages of guild traders at highly far-fetched pricers (since TTC addon has support for the new motif page day1 so it is impossible to find it at reasonable price).

I would not be surprised if this is the case and a lot of "free copies of ESO" are (or will be) used by bots / fake guilds.

I don't think the ESO+ or free-to-play event has anything to do with the current issues. The game isn't busy enough when you finally do get logged in - in the popular events, like Witches festival, you KNOW that people are logged on. In certain areas you can't move for players. That's NOT what's going on now - if anything, the game is quite quiet.

I worked in marketing. And between us I'm not sure that to attract a few players it's wise to spit in the face of all the loyal and confirmed players ^^ not to mention the choice to integrate this event during another ticket event... In short, I would say there's a higher chance of getting the opposite effect, especially after what's been going on for months with the crown crates. Terribly disappointed by the general turn things are taking, and yet a player since the beta... Anyway, such is life

The queueing is garbage, I'm sorry but this is a game and it's meant to be fun and enjoyable. I feel like we have to wait in line enough in life, making us queue just to enter a game that we're paying for is not acceptable. Where is ZOS in all this? I haven't seen a single response from them.

on PCEU there ist a queue of 1 hour 30 at 04:00 pm CEST. This is not acceptable.

I’ve played this flipping game since launch and I’ve gotta say that in spite of all their talk about optimization of this and that over the years, it remains a game held together with duct tape and chewing gum that always seems to be having some kind of issue.
Playing this game remains a real labor of love, with an emphasis on labor. It’s always seems like it takes too much effort to try to play this darn thing.

I haven’t had super long queues yet— only a couple seconds or a minute— but sometimes it bugs out and doesn’t actually go down so I give up and leave. This is probably going to lead to group cancellations…

Its nothing to do with player numbers and 'priorities' imho.

The fact that there are 'queues' during the quietest off-peak time, queue timer flits about all over the place and error logs and screen freezes when timed out, is a clear indicator there's a hardware problem which I'm sure ZoS are aware of and working on.

wouldn't be a surprise if there's unscheduled maintenance in the next couple of days...

Well at least my wife's queue is down to 41 minutes and 45 seconds

The only problem is it's been that for 10 minutes

This is seriously broken and very unlikely to be a symptom of new player influx

But it's nice to know that ZoS understand that there's an issue and they're looking at it /s

Are we going to get an event extension for Zenithar's Zeal? This is making it practically impossible to access the game reliably to get tickets. It's especially frustrating for those of us that have and actively play on multiple accounts/servers. Doing events on multiple accounts can already be a bit dicey, but with login queues that are hours long and randomly time out, and constant server downtimes, it's getting to the point that people are missing tickets through no fault of their own.

I am a paying customer and should be able to log in fast not waiting around 30 minutes per account.

I am not paying a subscription to wait in a Queue.

What, am I supposed to sit and stare at my PC screen for 15 minutes, because I try to do anything else, and i get in, I will get kicked a couple of minutes later for inactivity.

Fire the lot of them - fire the devs for being unable to write bug free code. Fire the network engineers for not scaling the servers to meet the demand after the "server upgrade". Fire the community manager because she is not letting us know what is happening - not a peep.

Something is going on behind the scenes which ZOS is not letting us know about. Those of us who pay a sub should not be in a queue. Considering canceling my sub because this company can't get their act together. I hope their Microsoft overlords come down hard on these folks.

Same has happened to me twice now trying to log onto PC NA. The queues were only around 15 mins each though so its not nearly as bad as it could be.

I don't mind queues so much, but getting an error after waiting in it is quite annoying.

Oh and when I dismiss the error, I have no UI. I have to crash the game and relaunch.

Why do I care if the server breaks when I'm playing if I can't get on to play?
