    The Verification email takes like 5+ mins for me each time, they need to do something about their system for sure.

    Try changing your attached email address.

    I've noticed that if you have a Microsoft address (@hotmail.com, @outlook.com), the email rarely seems to come through. I changed mine a while ago to a gmail address, and now it always comes. It sometimes takes up to a minute, but it does come now.

    I've been getting the computer not authorized prompt every time I mistype my password, but the email never comes (as you'd expect in that case). They definitely messed something up with their 2FA system.

    This happened to me this morning, logging into the web account generated the email for me though, never got one from the game.

    I had this last week, nothing changed on my PC and haven't had issues logging in for months. I waited for the code... but none arrived so I searched the forums... only to find out it can be a bogus thing. So following advice I found here, I canceled out of the code request screen and tried logging in and it worked just fine. Haven't had it pop up again since then. Oh, and I never did receive a code... so ZOS really needs to fix this issue since it clearly is a 'unintended' event considering that no code is ever generated and some people don't know about this and wait and wait for a code or contact customer service- not thinking to try canceling the request screen and just log in as normal.

    I have had the same experience. I want to say it has been over the last two weeks but definitelya fairly new issue. Mis-type my password (or sometimes not?) but if I cancel and try again, I get in no problem.

    Another trend that started about the same time is that my game hangs when I travel to Blackwood, where I like to park my characters. I have to just close it. Next time I play, they are in the right place though.
    My #1 wish for ESO Today: Decouple achievements from character progress and tracking.

    For me it is getting more & more frustrating. It is clearly a game - server communication issue.

    Game says to verify device with a code (that is already verified) but does not send request to send email with a code, as code never arrives. I should have 10 or more of those codes already. Other emails with codes to login to eso account website works, same as twich crate email codes or purchase information emails all do work & arrive normally. Seriously, I tested it. I logged in through private page on different browsers and it required a code and that email arrived normally. It only affects the in-game code requests... but in reality it seems like it is a "fake" requests.

    It does not require a code. Just cancel and login again and it does not ask about anything. Why ? It kinda feels like a serious security flaw, don't you think ? We have a verified device that can login to my account... but also we have this "fake" verification... how do I know which verification is real or not ?

    It started like 1 month ago and it was only a "one time" issue, but now it seems like it happens every day. It looks to me like some kind of server data base issue. Something similar happend once when I try to login to my eso account website. it said something like "IP blocked by admin" - but now it works normally. Maybe because it was shortly after maintenance idk.

    It seems like all of those troubles started after last account maintenance. ZOS, you should check it as it may be some serious security flaw.

    I can't even log in through the main client anymore. Have ot use steam. Granted you have to have ESO on steam and link your eso and steam account. Although I prefer not using steam :(

    This is a new issue for me as well. My IP hasn't changed in months, but I logged in for a trial the other day and was prompted for a code. This didn't concern me as they usually come in within 5 minutes and I'm on my way, however I waited 15 and nothing was showing up. Worried, I logged into my account on the website and got in without a code and saw there were no changes to my gmail address. At this point I was late to the trial I signed up for, so I cancelled the code screen and attempted to log in again and got in right away. I have no idea what it was trying to protect me from, and even now (2-3 days later) I still have not been sent that code email. Other guildies have encountered the same thing and I just tell them to cancel and try again and they get in every time. Something clearly broke recently...

    Got that message even if on computer since last logged into ESO 3 hours ago, just exited and restarted client and got straight in. IP is fixed in practice as is the same for +3 years and has to drive to office to add an new.
    Got mail after replacing an media/ backup HD.
    But newer got an mail for the last message. I assume it works as well as the group finder:
    You are an noob if you try to use dungeon finder to access new dungeons just after release or dungeons events.

    But some say ZoS are making an new MMO of an new IP with the dungeon finder being an joke for years.
    Public List<Players> FillGroup( List<Players> filteredplayers)
    returning various errors half the time even if group is filled, obviously worse if pressured like new dungeons or event.
    Yes lets port that to an new game.
    Grinding just make you go in circles.
    Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

    I had this happen once or twice when switching from EU to NA and visa versa. I just canceled it and tried again. I mean, hell, I had just BEEN online on the opposite server, how could I not be authorized? Canceling and retrying worked for me.

    It's a bug. Just cancel and try again. If that doesn't work close game and launcher then run it again.
