    Regarding the start/end time of events, I'd like to suggest that moving it from 10 AM to 2 PM Eastern Time would give both servers about equal amounts of time for earning tickets, except the lengths of the first and last days would be swapped from one server to the other. This assumes the start/end time would be unaffected by Daylight-Saving Time, just as now-- that is, it would either be 2 PM EST or 2 PM EDT, depending on whether DST is in effect or not.

    EU servers: 10 PM EST <-- 16 hours --> 2 PM EST <-- 8 hours --> 10 PM EST
    EU servers: 11 PM EDT <-- 15 hours --> 2 PM EDT <-- 9 hours --> 11 PM EDT

    NA servers: 5 AM EST <-- 9 hours --> 2 PM EST <-- 15 hours --> 5 AM EST
    NA servers: 6 AM EDT <-- 8 hours --> 2 PM EDT <-- 16 hours --> 6 AM EDT

    So for the first day of an event, EU would have either 8 or 9 hours to earn tickets between the start of the event and the daily reset, whereas NA would have either 15 or 16 hours.

    And on the last day of an event, EU would have either 16 or 15 hours to earn tickets between the daily reset and the end of the event, whereas NA would have either 9 or 8 hours.

    This assumes ZOS wants events to start and end at the same time for both servers, and wants that time to be during their normal working hours.

    Start event at 1000 Eastern. End event at 1400 Eastern. There's no reason why the start and end times must be identical.

    EU: 10 AM EST <-- 12 hours --> 10 PM EST
    EU: 10 AM EDT <-- 13 hours --> 11 PM EDT

    NA: 10 AM EST <-- 19 hours --> 5 AM EST
    NA: 10 AM EDT <-- 20 hours --> 6 AM EDT

    That gives NA a 7-hour advantage over EU on the first day. I'm trying to suggest a solution that, even though the numbers of hours for the first day are unbalanced, is evened out by an essentially-equal-yet-opposite imbalance for the last day.

    There is a 7-hour difference between resets-- an odd number-- so there's no way to get "perfect equality" other than starting and ending at 2:30 PM, but then the equality would be ruined when DST goes into effect. This way, the slight inequality will also be reversed when DST goes into effect.

    It's just a suggestion, but I arrived at it mathematically by considering the midpoint of the two reset times-- which is 2:30 AM EST-- then adding 12 hours to shift it into the afternoon (in ZOS's time zone), and adjusting it by a further half hour to keep it simple, keeping in mind how the numbers are affected by whether or not DST is in effect.

    Finally, with Update 37 launch, we will be changing the weekly reset day from Sunday to Tuesday with the times staying the same (3am UTC for EU servers and 10am UTC for NA servers). This will allow us to avoid a reset occurring on the weekend or during PC maintenances, and will better align with guild traders.
    Is there a reason weekly endeavors aren't on this new weekly timer?
