Or just simply don't do the event.
New life event has always been a catch up event for people who missed all or part of earlier events in the year as this is the last chance.
OK, thank you for suggesting me to not play anymore ahahahahahahahaha
:-)
The large amount of players who DON'T have everything in this game already appreciate their tickets quite a bit more than OP.
It's rather like $100 bills raining down from the heavens, and a billionaire complaining about how all that money is being wasted because they already have everything money can buy.
One thing that I WOULD be in favor of is a much larger cap on the amount of tickets players can have, so that they can save up as many tickets as they like for future use.Maybe they should allow players to purchase seals of endeavor or writ vouchers with tickets?
This game already has enough rewards for players who have hours and hours every day to play on a regular basis. Rewarding those players even further is ludicrous.

Lol, no I didn't say don't play the game. I was trying to just say don't do the event.
I wish the ticket cap would be removed or just greatly increased. Better flexibility to skip events you don't enjoy, or can't participate in because you have to travel, etc. And if you WANT to participate in an event and there's nothing to buy you can just consider it insurance in case you are busy next time.
"Hopefully Zos will add something more attractive to the person who has everything, though, so the event is better for you as well."
It is a lose lose situation. f they add more things players that are trying to catch up with past items complain that they can't get everything. If they do not add more things players that have past items complain there is nothing to use tickets on.
Maybe they should allow players to purchase seals of endeavor or writ vouchers with tickets?

Oh no! Can we not finish a dragon in this event? I need one more fragment.

I need one more fragment on my new account both PC servers for the pet after morphing for the hourglass - and I haven't looked, but this would be the first time it wasn't available I think? I also need the hourglass piece(s) - not in game, so not sure how many more there are; I have the first two.

I'd be very surprised if it wasn't available. Maybe I misunderstood something.

That's very sad. If ZOS wants that some of their players have to not do the event... that's really very sad...

Do we even know if event tickets will still exist with the new game structure coming soon?

I mean go ahead and misinterpret what I said. I never said that ZOS didn't want players to do the event. You implied that on your own. Look participating in events is optional no one is forcing you to do it. I understand your looking for options and I agree with that. But also understand that not every player can participate in every single event and get every single ticket. It helps that there are too many of these things given how restricted they are to obtain and store. If can't stockpile them the next best thing is to over supply them. Just a few years back players were complaining that there wasn't enough tickets per event. Well... here we are.

But now I'm 1 day in and have absolutely everything from this year (and all previous event years I might add). Once I'm back up to 12 there's no reason for me to keep participating anymore.
When there's nothing I want, I just enjoy the lack of pressure on collecting them. I can do other things and finish up other quests in peace.

Any excess tickets remaining after that can be spent on those group repair kits or anything else that's on offer.
Also, don't forget to buy all of the fragments for the morphable pet so you can assemble them into another copy of the pet after you've morphed your previous copy of the pet into the furnishing.

I do agree it would be nice to have a variety of furnishing options to spend tickets on. I would have liked Witches Festival to go on a little bit longer, for example, simply because I definitely would have spent more excess tickets on more spider web cones and ruby candlefly gatherings!
