Northern Elswyr. It's so incredibly sectioned off and many of the wayshrines are in odd locations. Lots of running around from place to place to do anything with the zone not really flowing from place to place in a natural way.
That's exactly my position, i.e. I like all the zones I have access to (there's still a handful I don't own), enjoy Craglorn's additional challenges, and have never visited PvP zones so have never had a chance to get annoyed by other players trying to kill me while I'm questing/foraging.None. I have no interest in PvP so haven't visited any PvP zones. I guess that Imperial City could be said to be frustrating because it does have PvE which is locked behind PvP, but it certainly isn't a zone I hate. As for Craglorn, I rather enjoy that with its mix of solo content (which I do) and its group content (which I wander through but don't complete). It's all a bit like the trading system - I dislike it and have nothing to do with it as a seller and only minimal involvement as a buyer, I simply don't hate it. I guess it's all down to the fact that I enjoy my gaming hobby and hatred just doesn't come into it. If it did, I'd take up golf instead.

Malabal Tor. I won’t be elaborating, except to say I’ve been actively avoiding it whenever possible for almost 9 years now, and every time I go there for any reason, I’m reminded how much it annoys me.
