There are a couple of Skyrim mods for WW female model, so I guess it would be similar. Aside from "obvious" breast part, depending on what visual mod you use, you can have just different, more narrower waist & a softer head & jawline. ZOS wouldn't have to do much to give us cosmetic werewolf skins that we can apply to our werewolf form. The technology to do it is in the game right now.

These werewolves definitely have eyes, though maybe the graphics quality in the video obscured those details.
Personally, I think even the older models could use a bit more work. Still, I think they look nicer than the models we have nowadays.
