Week 3: What is the WORST 5 Piece bonus?

The community will vote on what they think the worst set bonus is over the weekend of 9/16, and I will publish the results at my earliest convenience.

Rules:

• To enter you need only post a screenshot or a link to the current set's values from eso-sets.com or eso-hub.com (I am not requiring others to go to external websites, but I leave it here as an option for those who decide to use links rather than the easy to use screenshot feature) or mail me in-game your idea and I will post your idea on your behalf. I reserve the right to edit the set suggestions if they are out of date at my own discretion without notice so the values reflect current 160 CP values.
• 1 submission per person per week
• The first person to post the set gets credit for posting it, if you mail me in-game with your submission but someone posted it first, I have to go with the person who posted it on the forum first.
• Each post should either be in support or disapproval for either the topic or another submission (but do not target the users please!)
• If you want to add to the prize pool you may do so at your own volition
• The winning person must designate a recipient (with the @) for the prize money, which will be in gold. It does not have to be your own account
• You can ask friends to vote for your idea in the following topic, but in the spirit of the purpose of this topic I encourage all people to vote based on the best choice of what they think the worst set is as of that moment so they can be featured in the topic where I track all the winners from each week.

these sets are literally 99% the same set after the hybridization (they only differ on 1 line item of max stam/max mag, and i think one drops in medium and one drops in light)

when you have sets that are 99% the same and still have that problem for almost a year, i vote that to be useless, especially with the bonus not being great as there are a lot of other options that could fit better (there are a lot of things that either give majory savagery/prophecy as a buff or passive such as oakensoul)

one of the weakest + healing sets in the game as it only affects your resto staff skills, ignoring your class skills.
even if you front bar it and stack all resto skills it's still just bad.
if you're after a base game dungeon healing set start with sanctuary.

There are a ton of "niche" and even unplayable sets. This isn't comprehensive and I'm sure someone will defend something on this list.

Akaviri Dragonguard - (5 items) Adds 158 Health Recovery, Reduces the cost of your Ultimate abilities by 15%.
Assassin's Guile - (5 items) Increases the duration of your alchemical poisons by 4 seconds.
Beekeeper's Gear - (5 items) Adds 900 Health Recovery
Durok's Bane - (5 items) When you take damage, you apply Major Defile to the enemy for 5 seconds, reducing their healing received and Health Recovery by 16%. This effect can occur once every 7 seconds per enemy.
Eyes of Mara - (5 items) Reduces the cost of your Restoration Staff abilities by 15%.
Way of the Arena - (5 items) Adds 165 Weapon and Spell Damage, Reduces the cost of Break Free by 40%.
Wilderqueen's Arch - (5 items) Your Bow attacks reduce the Movement Speed of any enemy they hit by 15% and increase your Movement Speed by 15% for 3 seconds.
Unchained Aggressor - (5 items) After Breaking Free, gain Major Berserk for 12 seconds, increasing your damage done by 10%. This effect can occur once every 14 seconds.
Twilight's Embrace - (5 items) Increases your healing received by 10%.
Spinner's Garments - (5 items) Adds 3460 Offensive Penetration
Spriggan's Thorns - (5 items) Adds 3460 Offensive Penetration
Spelunker - (5 items) Reduces the cost of your Undaunted abilities by 10%. When an ally uses one of your Undaunted ability synergies you restore 730 Magicka and Stamina. This effect can occur once every 5 seconds.
Ranger's Gait - (5 items) Adds 129 Stamina Recovery, Reduce the effectiveness of snares applied to you by 50%.
Para Bellum - (5 items) When you deal damage you gain a damage shield that absorbs up to 8412 damage for 6 seconds. This effect can occur once every 6 seconds.
Kraglen’s Howl - (5 items) After an enemy you've recently damaged dies, you let out a howl, granting three allies within 15 meters the Heed the Call synergy. Activating the synergy gives you and the activator 12 Ultimate. This effect can occur once every 20 seconds.
Nikulas' Heavy Armor - (5 items) When you Block, you gain a stack of Nikulas' Resolve for 5 seconds, up to once every half second. After 8 stacks you consume Nikulas' Resolve and deflect the next direct damaging attack made against you within 5 seconds, avoiding it completely.
Hanu's Compassion - (5 items) Adds 1963 Maximum Magicka, When you resurrect an ally while in combat, both you and your ally gain Major Heroism for 15 seconds, granting 3 Ultimate every 1.5 seconds.

There are also what I like to call "agility" sets that are for non-combat use, so depending on if that counts, they could be seen as bad.

Darkstride - (5 items) Reduces the cost of Sprint and Sneak by 50%.
Fiord's Legacy - (5 items) Reduces the cost and increases the Movement Speed bonus of Sprint by 15%.
Jailbreaker - (5 items) Adds 142 Stamina Recovery, Gain Minor Expedition at all times, increasing your Movement Speed by 15%.
Skooma Smuggler - (5 items) When you drink a potion, you gain Major Expedition for 30 seconds, increasing your Movement Speed by 30%.
Prisoner's Rags - (5 items) Reduces the cost of Sprint by 50%. While Sprinting, restore 1035 Magicka every 1 second.

For me, Wilderqueen's Arch, Ranger's Gait, Hanu's Compassion, and Skooma Smuggler are all front runners for WORST. If I had to pick just 1 as the WORST set though ... I think I'd choose Hanu's Compassion. It's just terrible. Major Heroism is NOT what anyone needs after being resurrected. A similar set Vastarie's Tutelage is bad, but at least better for what is needed. Most likely, the person you resurrected will drop again within 10-12 seconds, making the Ultimate they gained useless.
