Been playing for the last half hour flawlessly at the daggerfall starting area. Couldn't play for more than 2 minutes after ColdHarbour.
The difference is... I decided to connect through a strongvpn connection and all is good for now.
I suspect there is something about this game that some ISP's block, throttle or otherwise obstruct.
Playing from Panama-CableOnda.

Seriously though. It is kinda insulting that just because there are only few of us with this issue, they choose to ignore us. Which sad because from the number of topics like this one im guessing where a good chunk of the population who are experiencing this.
@cado18rwb17_ESO if that was directed at me you really need to read the thread properly.cado18rwb17_ESO wrote: »Dude claiming that is our isp provider is dumb, if i can play every other game with my internet why i cant play this one, yeah im raging right now trying to get level BUT I CANT + bloddthorn assains quest is bugged.

I have said that theres a routing issue, its affecting some ISPs in some areas. Now either theres an issue with the way the traffic is being treated down stream I don't know I don't have enough information to say for certain, but I do know that using a VPN resolved the issue for me, but sadly not for others.
People with this issue need to provide their ISP their location and a tracert, this would help immensely with trouble shooting. If this was a server or client issue I would expect many more people to have this problem.
As soon as i make to test it in my home connection ill let you know@cado18rwb17_ESO No worries, well if you go to http://www.wtfast.com/
you can download the VPN client, there's a free 30 day trial, so you can try this whilst this is being looked at.
Follow the instructions below, and let me know if it works for you, as some people didn't have any luck. Fingers crossed for you.
"as trial is selected you don't need to enter anything just hit login.
Once its loaded, where it says Game, hit the Custom Games radio button, then add. For name just call it something like ESO, then use browse to select the games exe, which should be in:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client
its the application exe called eso
Then select the run with launcher, and do the same again for finding the launchers exe, should be here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Zenimax Online\Launcher its called Bethseda.net_launcher
