Everything is busted. Can't queue for dungeons. Can't queue for BG's. I joined a group for a random normal dungeon and never got my transmute crystal reward. I'll be taking a break from the game for several days until they fix this. Really inexcusable. And, as always, deafening silence from ZOS.

While the special event is nice, for those who wanted transmutes from random dungeons or the xp from the dungeon bonus

This is making it extremely hard to justify the ESO plus membership at this point and Guild Wars 2 is looking like a better option by the day.

Speaks for the situation itself.
With the new games released recently offering better QoL for your money and time, I am not saying it's impossible to recover, but it's huge hit I would say.
