Is The Scales of the Celestial Serpent worth 600 gems?

✭✭I really love the idea of this skin! Glowing green stuff on black/dark background is always cool
But I don't like the glowing bits placement on the face
And I think the body (including a tail) would look better if glowing bits were taking less space... They are too obtrusive for my taste.
I have many (but not all) 100 gem skins from Legendary crate tiers, but I haven't liked any gem-exclusive skin yet.
As for such high price as 400 or even 600 gems... In my opinion, such skin should have additional effects such as trail, footprints... It should even emit light on the environment if appropriate. Skin which only has texture on the character's body will never be worth so many gems, unless it's for sentimental value and Collector's reasons (rarity, high price). Do not forget that this skin will most likely be available for Seals too - basically for free
The only expensive skin I have is Flame Atronach, but it was thanks to RNG. I would not spend 400 gems on it (it should have had fiery effects, at least):

✭Hard pass on this skin, just like I'm passing on the Akatosh scales one too. I love the idea of golden dragon scales but somehow the execution didn't hit the spot for me. Similarly, Celestial Serpent scales sound awesome, but what I'm seeing looks less so.
My favourite skin is still Mazzatun, followed by Dro-m'Athra - would love to see Dro-m'Athra get a higher res update as it's a bit grainy but nothing I've seen indicates any intention to do a pass on previous content, alas.
Kinda sad I missed the Cold-Flame one, but maybe I can get my paws on it in the future the next time it comes around.PC NA, CP2200+. Character creation is the true endgame.0
