Although many players will be happy with this change, here is another example of how things should not be done because probably we will go from a scenario where many people used it because it was overperforming, but now no one will use it because it was nerfed to the ground (let's wait for live tests), like how it happened with sloads.

well, a full hp char will heal and do dmg for a ridiculous amount still, this is nothing like a good solution, i'd say a shortcut at least.

Disagree. One specific annoying and busted set of the hundreds out there is identified and removed as a problem rather than say a sweeping change that renders hundreds of sets useless or unavailable.
