    Seeing similar here:

    My Username: Calyaina
    Server: Xbox NA
    Recipient Username: Aphreal42 (provided with permission)

    My own mailbox seems fine, but have been intermittently getting "Recipient's inbox is full" message when trying to send mails to Aphreal42, even when she's confirmed her mailbox only has maybe 6 mails in it. Sometimes trying again after several minutes works, sometimes not. Sometimes a mail sends successfully on first try. Behaviour is unpredictable.

    What a clown fiesta...
    This is by far the worse customer support experience for. I am not getting a response thru support tickets besides one automated mail after almost 48 hours.

    And 13th of May is last response, I've sent that ticket on the 9th.
    I then sent another one, because I thought maybe the category is wrong. Same treatment with automated bot

    I really start to doubt if giving our account names lead to anything serious here, most likely it's only a hope for us.

    That whole situation is just incomprehensible to me - I planned to prepurchase Blackwood collectos edition and ESO+ for 3 months at least, so that's around 85 EUR in total. What company doesn't care about that amount of money and I bet there are hundreds, if not more players that planned something similar as the expansion is coming out soon. I've never experienced such bad customer service.

    I’ve been paying for ESO plus and preordered every expansion since release. I took a hiatus because I got very sick. Trust me, they don’t care.

    Dear ZOS,

    my 9 characters on EU and all 8 on NA servers have hireling skills unlocked but I did't get any mails and do not see any in my mailbox.
    I can't also received any mails from other players due to my mail inbox is full.
    It's not Addons problem (tested already without it), and also it's not my game client problem, tested on others PCs, got the same problem.

    Your last v6.3.9 patch didn't fix that problems.
    Probably you don't know what's going on here like on others big updates before :)

    Please don't leave us without answers and help.
    Also don't send us BOT generated answers :)

    Before last v6.3.9 patch, I was not able to see any mail. After this last patch, I got able to see player mails, but not system mails. I cleared a lot old mails and was able to receive new player mails for days. But today I cannot receive neither system mails nor player mails again. I think the reason is that I had more system mails arrived and they filled my entire mailbox.

    The fix to this whole mailbox problem maybe easy. On patch v6.3.9 the old player mails were set to be visible, but not the system mails. If only the dev team can set the old system mails to be visible as well, the problem is solved.

    Doubt we're gonna have a Monday hotfix as it would've probably been announced by now so I'm guessing It'll be fixed on blackwood release?

    It's ultimatively annoying. You can't sell in guild stores, you can't BUY in guildstores, you don't get your rewards for PVP and random dungeons, no hirelings... This game is reduced to a demo version of itself due to this damn bug.

    Let me tell ya, you can sure try! This is how I found out I had the "bug", trying to buy. The guild venders TAKE your gold, but you don't recieve the items! Been waiting a month now for the first items I tried to buy and lost a lot of gold.. Not sure if I'll ever get them or if they will be deleted or what..
