    Hopefully it includes:
    - free recast skills no longer have free recast and you are prompted/proc to free cast
    - you can block curse again
    - jabs no longer untargeted spam
    - flurry is now has same stats as jabs
    - block cost increased when being attacked from flank or behind
    - bash doubles the cost of block
    - steak distance reduced by 30%
    - any cast time non ultimate skill can be interrupted
    - assassin blade morphs now both ranged
    - cloak is fixed
    - all executes now scale from >30%
    - all gap closes have been fixed
    - no cast time on melee ultimates
    - dodge actually dodges attacks
    - melee attacks actually land on targets running away
    - oblivion damage is now useful

hahaha jk enough rambling they used all their time to nerf the great cp 2.0, it's like progression but not. Which is honestly got a great laugh out of and can't wait to see the proper implantation of procs finally.
Here $15, goat mount please. Not gambling or paying 45 : lol :

Health base health not heal so much, and exchange skill damage for proc damage sounds fair for me.

So they have less resources and more hp.

High health using a health-based heal, 3-4 procs and malacath is the Battlegrounds META. You cannot be competitive without that kind of setup right now.

Meh, not anymore. Even tanky player are killable in BG nowadays since last update. And the meta isn't that at all, I found way more Stam or mag based build than health-based one (Tbh battlegrounds seems more diversified than before) . Battleground became more "fair" since the last update : before that some player was literally unkillable and was doing high damage, now they are killable and I feel like they do less damages even with proc (I'm a stamblade with like 20k health and only vigor and rally as heals, I do A LOT of battlegrounds each day (solo and group queue) )
Sure these build are annoying in deathmatch or chaosball, but if you know how to play with your team (and if your team actually play the objectives) , they shouldn't be a real problem

The hype/dread/intrigue slowly builds as Natch Potes day arrives.

Gods above I hope that the Proc set fix doesn't screw niche proc sets which were struggling for any use anyway, while at the same time I hope that the more egregious PvP proc builds are brought more in line, to where it's not a must choose option.

Also, I pray that sets like Leeching don't get obliterated as it was already niche for PvE tanks (gods is it fun though).

New trial/new sets hype is real as always.

Companions may or may not be a hit for me. I like the idea of them, but reserving judgement until I see the application of them.

Indeed. I also do a lot of battlegrounds and I agree that there is much more build diversity since the last update, and the gap between stat builds vs proc build has been reduced. However, after doing some ultra sweaty 4v4v4 premade nights with the guild I am convinced the proc META is still firmly in place. My favorite characters are stat-based builds and they are performing butch better this patch than previously for sure, but I also have a few cheesy proc/mala builds and there is no comparison.. the proc builds consistently rack up at least twice as many kills with half the effort.

Health based heals when Yopu built Yourself into high health can heal more then other heals. Personally I can reach 13k tooltip on warden in BGs with no CP. Exchange of skills damage for proc dmg results with getting more additional damage then You've lost. Yes You end up having less resources but it is not an issue since You have lesser needs to spend themsince morethings is happening passively.

All those things are the reason why procs will scale from offensive resources since next patch.
