If they don't ban people for cheating, why would they ban someone for something as petty as a tea-bag? So far, ZOS has remained silent on this, so that tells me that it isn't as big a deal as this forum is making it out to be.

That's just speculation.

doesn't matter, though, does it. if someone remains silent on an issue, maybe it means they don't care about it as much as the people SHOUTING about it.

Or they think it's already clear and there is nothing more to add.

It was an analogy. You should avoid extrapolating up to assuming what sort of friends I have, what sort of friends I could have, and what sort of friends I deserve, what I would and should and would not and should not have done in this analogy scenario, let alone what you would have done. Because, frankly, I don't care and I assume noone else cares.

I think he was just making a point that today most people look at a bad behavior and go "make an example out of them!!!" Instead of asking why the behavior exists in the first place and trying to reeducation the person without shunning them.

Like my old manager always said. Attack the behavior, not the person.

He is a forum moderator. I don't think they have anything to do with the ToS in game.
