In the ticket I said:
He should have bought me the banker for 4500 crowns 280:1, which means 1.300.000 gold. As you can see from the chat (if there'll be an "attach screenshot" option), I gave him half. He then went offline, then he came back online, left the group and blocked me. Please, I would like to have him banned and to get my 650.000 gold back. Thank you. Please, act fast so that he can't illegally sell that gold.

Well at this point we're pretty sure that 1) (s)he hasn't been banned but (s)he wouldn't care anyway since (s)he had made a new account (or a number of them) during the free week, so there was nothing to lose 2) (s)he sold the gold for real money already.
Now can I please get my gold back? It's been more than 10 days now and I'm honestly getting kinda mad.

Edit: I removed the screenshot (even though that account should have been "named and shamed" because...I don't see why not: (s)he is a scammer and needs to be banned. Also, I replied to the automatic response and still didn't get contacted by the customer support after that.
