Whatever they do i'm sure it will be as effective as the block changes they swore we wouldn't notice, or "minor" animation cancelling changes, or the cast times that allow counterplay, or...

I agree with To2C. Right now Zos is testing things and has yet to make a decision. We also know for a fact they do listen to us as they chose to not go forward with any changes from the off-cycle PTS a few months ago.

Super fast, zero downtime pressure to animation cancel while spastically casting spells every .25 seconds is not a good time for me. I like classic MMOs with cooldowns.
