Can't log in

I was logged in earlier, went to eat and now I can't login on the NA. Just get incorrect user name or password. Also can't login to my elder scrolls online account.

Sadly like so many other I love this game so much I'll go through another one of this moments...

All day update for this one tomorrow good job we had 2 hr maintenance today.

PC NA, not using Steam. Cannot log into main server nor PTS. I get "Login failed. Your username or password may be incorrect or inactive at this time. If you purchased the game through Steam, please start the game via the Steam Client to log in."

For me this is affecting both PCNA and PS4NA. Just the standard wheels spinning then the log in failed notice. I do wonder how things like this get broke when there's no actual patch involved. Like what are you messing with during maintenance. Course I also wonder why servers seem so much worse since they decided to make them better. Greymoor has given me the worse lag I've seen in a while and now improving the servers is making standard maintenance a crap shoot of what we get.

I'm surprised at this level of incompetence. How could maitenance on EU break login on PCNA? Just how? You need to hire some testers for regression and smoke testing. What's the point of playing if you can't even enter the game. At least apologize for it and give us some rewards to compensate lost day.

I logged in around 8am CST today and played for 1 1 /2 hours. I just tried to log in and cannot. Says my credentials are incorrect. PC NA server for me, no Steam.

PC NA - cannot login. Was able to do so immediately after maintenance but not now.

Website account page - cannot log in there either. The website account login presents a notice that it is down for maintenance.
