Buff other spammable skills dizzy swing is virtually the only viable spammable

It'd definitely be nice to have more options. They tried to make cleave become an alternative by significantly buffing its damage, but you're literally gimping yourself by not running uppercut. In my honest opinion, every class should have its own signature spammable. Not one as strong as uppercut, but something that deals a bit of damage with a little bonus attached to it. For example, Necro's scythe/skull, Templar jabs, NB surprise attack, Mag DK whip, etc. It'd give the classes more identity, as well as give the players more options. Yeah uppercut is strong, but holy crap am I sick of using it.
So no, I don't think it needs a nerf. I just think we need more of an arsenal.

I liked diversity and combination in my gameplay personally. Like the old magsorc Holy trinity, or old DoT rotations with a direct damage skill & execute. If not much else is preforming besides mindless spamables, I find that to be lame.
I think the concept of debuffs & fractures should be recalculated to make sure players using those skills are getting a clear advantage in combat. That skills like bound armaments should be buffed to be meaningful and not risky, especially when it comes to missed heavy attacks in lag or player counters to projectiles. Prioritizing that all classes have an XYZ that beats YYY.
But I do agree with a majority of the forum that we need to stop Nerf Creep, because it'll make fights unplayable if you can't eliminate someone in a timely manner, made worse by the lag. It's become so prolific in Cyrodiil that taking someone out quickly requires a team huddle up in group fights as most players will escape a single persons damage. Note: I'm referring to going in without ultimate.
Now I've thought of the Power creep of sets, but they still, in pvp at least, don't make up for the game play lost to Nerfs. Where PVE gets powerful trial sets to compensate the Nerf creep, every time Pvp gets nerfed we go without new equipment that is substantial for damage. Blackrose prison was an attempt, but it doesn't satisfy the damage of alot of Pvp builds or their loss to nerfs. My Twin slashes bleed doesn't get any stronger with the cloak nor does it complement the Master weapons I'm already using.

ZOS really, really needs to look at buffing other spammables, magicka and stamina alike, and leave Dizzy alone.

Take a look at Stamplars and Stamblades. They're the only two stam classes with access to a decent spammable, and lo and behold, you don't see them leaning hard on Dizzy. Everything else is simply too wonky to use well. Skull, Bird, Poopfist, Silver Shards, they're all severely underwhelming. Silver Shards is the only one that's quasi-acceptable; the other three simply have far too clunky animations and just feel terrible to use in combat.

We've been on way too much of a nerf tear lately and it's part of the reason why no one dies much anymore. I'd rather other classes and builds be given new and powerful tools to utilize to achieve balance rather than taking the tools that are currently effective and dulling them down.

ZOS nerfed to much. Look at sword and board for example. They nerfed ransack and heroic to be completly useless now. And no one uses Powerslam, its clunky and who wants to permanently slam someone with your shield when you have a sword and do nothing with it. Thats so unsatisfying, boring and it looks stupid.

So sword and board is gone as a spammable. DKs stone fist is just awkward but devs didnt listen to any of our feedback during PTS and just pushed it to live.

Necros skulls or scythe are also too weak. Damage is not enough from skulls and dont offer any usefull side effects. Also ranged for a melee stam class is awkward to use. Scythe also low damage cause its aoe, fails to hit often and is Strange to weave. (Personally i also dont like the visuals. White glowing scythe just doesnt fit necro theme and Animation looks lazy).

Surprise attacks secondary effect is also too weak to be good. Should get something more fitting to Nightblade.

Templar jabs are fine but against a necro with evasion it basicly Deals 0 damage. 25% from evasion and the ghost/blastbone absorbs often the main damage and the your enemy necro only gets the aoe Part....

Stamsorc doesnt even have a spammable to complain about.

Wardens birds are ok.

No?? 99% of the population use it because they are forced to, its the only close combat burst skill that can compete with those Lucky classes that have spammables jabs/suprise attack etc...
Dizzy needs a buff, those that struggle with surviving dizzys need a buff too in their reflexes lol.

Im a stamsorc btw, If dizzy becomes worthless i have nothing.

Don’t you think it would be better for them to make a viable spammable for your stamina sorc with your class skills?

Yes i do, but all the magsorcs with 90% of the class kit will start crying 🤣 and i dont think zos wants to or know how to split the class kit fairly 🤔

LOL, that explains why my PVE characters are only seeing one attack.

I'm running 6 PVE characters through the Cyro dailies and, as expected, I'm getting killed every once in a while. No biggie. Respawn and finish the quests.

But the method of death has been surprisingly consistent. Stunned, Dizzying swings. Dead before I can react.

every. time.

I've probably been killed a total of 20 times on PVE characters this event and 100% of the time it's been dizzying swings. LOL.

hm, the last TES game where this was valid was IMO Oblivion - there something else than cloth robes reduced the efficiency of spells. Since then there is no huge penalty anymore to mix and match equipment pieces.
