Delay on skills in PVP since the patch

Hi folks,

Apologies if there is already on subect on this matter, but I wanted to get it out quickly.

I've been playing PVP for about an hour now (no crashes etc), but skills feel a little off...flame clench (bump version) is slightly delayed from when it hits the targeted enemy to when the person is bumped. I hear people complaining about break free issues too.

Yes. Nothing goes off when it should. Generally 4 to 5 button presses before things happen. Guild mates experiencing same thing. Oddly enough it doesn’t seem to be all skills. All we can do it wait and see if they fix it. There are a bunch of bugs that come from this new patch including random times which stamina recovery is stuck at 0. It what it is. Certainly not happy about it though.

Neither am I, after a week of waiting to come back to a 'nerfed/broken' game again.
I've taken the necessary steps. My sub has been cancelled for the first time in 6 years, I can't deal with the lack of interest in testing before applying.

This is not only in PVP, but in PVE also. Random skills just do not fire. This is not a lag issue either where there is a delay in skills executing. It's like under some conditions the signal to execute a skill doesn't reach the server. Combat just feels imprecise and messy at times.

there is no combat if you cant break free with full stam

There is a post. Use that one. Concentrated feedback is harder to ignore than posts which quickly get burried by the random spam in general

No not to this point. Now I can do a NB mag PVP rotation and some skills just won't register.
It's like the game is saying : 'woaah there buddy calm down', this wasn't happening before for me.

Not just in PVP
It's happening in PvE too and it was before the patch too

I got booted to login screen 4 times in the trial for no reason and I'm 100% sure its not my connection. Related maybe?

Are you bash weaving? Because then it might be block crashing you.

Break free’s the worst right now. Cc immunity doesn’t take a lot, so during the off balance window dizzy will stun you every time it hits. Even if you manage to break free you’ll likely get stunned right away.

Ps4 NA mag and skill today. Btw we been having game crashes since NOVEMBER. Bluescreens were (semi) patches in beginning of February and we’ve have this lag and skill delay for weeks^ no update or information

Detect pots don't work. slow motion bug. Skills don't fire off and take forever when they do. Block crash still in the game.

Pvp is broken. Pve is bugged. Before update 25 combat WORKED...at least in pve. I'll take the bad PvP performance over this. Def getting a refund for Greymoor. Prob gonna cancel my sub. Actively looking at other games to play.

I just cant see playing this game for weeks on end, when after every patch SOMETHING goes wrong. This is the worst patch of all the bad patches from the last year. I can't see playing this into the summer...

don't forget server has taken the load so this was bound to happen, zos needs to have cool downs on skills if server takes the load

I literally cloaked a soul assault even though I had the "can't stealth orb" floating around me. The game is so messed up at the moment...

Like the beam was on me firing away but I was cloaked and "dodging" the damage, I can't even.

Entered Cyro for the first time in months: perpetually stuck in D Swing animation, hitting ppl with invisible Shalk which then pop out 1 at a time at the original location after a few secs, or whacking someone with Onslaught only for it not to register with my Ulti not consumed. Etc, etc, ...

Delay? i got stunned > so i break free... 1 sec after i got feared > breakfree... 1-2 sec after stunned again? WTF they want us to use new pvp gear or what ??? ofc i breakfree but i havent stam to block another skills... ffs wtf is going on
