A vast majority of players are asking to remove cast times

This game needs more viable options for combat and unique class creations; not less

If we cant animation cancel on PTS maybe they're finally trying to address the animation cancelling problem. at the very least animation cancelling should not result in more dps.

Why would it not result in more dps your making better use out of your rotation to Finnish it faster it's not a problem because literally everyone can do it

Dear ZOS,

Please remove cast times from ultimate skills. I had a lot more fun on my stamina characters in both PVE and PVP when there were no cast times for dawn breaker, onslaught, or incapacitating strike.

Cast times were a mistake and that gilvroth guy is just gas lighting saying that there is a "big" majority that like ult cast times and even saying that his entire guild love ultimate cast times which I find it obviously farfetched and ridiculous or his guild just has a handfull of people. At the same time he shows absolutely no evidence, so where are these people that he is talking about? While there is actual tons of proof for anti cast times in every medium, mainly the forums, youtube, reddit, and in game.
