If You reach 100k viewers then you guys put together a full fledged Elder Scrolls Online documentary that covers from the very early conceptual days all the way up to the latest chapter release. Dev interviews, old footage, the works. The behind the scenes story of ESO.

Can't use way-shrines during this time and guards chase you for the whole 15 min.
If we reach the Goal as viewers.
Before every change, You can make ESO live and call all players to vote to those changes if they want it or not. And then you can act up to the results

Off-topic a bit, but isn’t this what ZOS actually do? They implement something, test it to ensure it doesn’t break the game, then watch as it goes live and adapt. If player reaction is extreme enough, they may review/revise their changes.
Suggestion #1:
If the next milestone of viewers will be reached, a wall inside developing studio will be painted for reminding devs about reached milestone and content of the year 2020:Painted version of this view:
Suggestion #2:
A plushie of NPC called Stuga will be designed and created. Inside such a cute plushie would be a button, which could be pressed and creepy and famous quote would come out as result: "You have no idea how long time I've been looking for you!"
And of course because of awesomeness level won't increase by only creating that plushie, every developer in the team should receive one and they are not allowed to hide it. They have to keep Stuga plushie visible at/nearby their desks, at location where Stuga can always look for them.
