I think if it hits 100k concurrent viewers, Rich and/or the Community Managers have to partake in a Polar Bear Plunge, or as the New Life Festival says, the "Snow Bare Plunge." But it has to be livestreamed somehow.

After all, we're going to Skyrim, may as well be cold.

I have a idea. if you hit 20k views like last time, you could maybe make a vow that you'll stop putting bandaid patches out and take some time and money into dealing with server stability, activity finder problems, and so on. I think a lot of people would watch for that.

I want to say something like "ESO-themed courtyard display statue commission" for your offices, but I feel like the cost scale on that is significantly different compared to a tattoo.

How about a dungeon run if you hit the mark?

You could make an attendance list of employees and their preferred roles, and, on here we could make a similar list.
Then we mix and mingle and the dungeon choice could either be chosen by the employee(s) or at random.

This way, a low threshold communication is generated towards the user base, which is mutually beneficial.

The event could then be hosted/streamed.

Some behind the scenes stuff for the game would be cool. For example a virtual tour of the office and server center, or a video showing how something is made from the initial brainstorming to the final version that is added into the game.

Or you could release the original game trailer (you know what I mean)
