nah, they wouldn't go for it anyway. because eso+ is where they get most of their cash.

I doubt that. I think they get most of their $ from Chapters, DLCs & crowns purchase. ESO+ gets them some money, that is true, but % of players using it vs regular players is very low. I would be surprised if it is more than 10% of player base.

Video record the dart board meeting every three months where the devs put everything up on the board and take turns throwing to see which skills and sets get nerfed and buffed for that quarter. It would be nice to know ahead of time what armor we need to start farming and deconstructing, also which skill points to refund and redistribute, before the changes go live.

I have a couple of ideas:
1. A karaoke competition: ZoS team faces each other in a karaoke competition, where the songs sang must be from ESO. Competition is recorded via twitch/livestream and the viewers votes the winner.
2. Live-action roleplay scene. The team tries to recreate an iconic scene from the upcoming expansion as a live-action roleplay.

Select ZOS employees draw their best fanart of their favorite characters. (Even/especially if they're not on the art team.)

You could either have a group of people as a single grand prize, or do an incremental thing where like every 5k additional viewers adds another person to the art pot.

And then the art gets posted and we all get to point and laugh and/or save for later ogling.

Well, I do not care who gets a tat for a certain amount of viewers, since it does not affect us players. However, a sacred oath to fix the server stability issues in PC EU, in which deity the responsible people believe in would work for me. Maybe some Skyrim themed outfits and mounts would also be a nice gesture.

At 25k viewers post road maps of major content (can obscure names etc) planned for pve endgame and pvp this year.

At 50k viewers multiple Q&A sessions on each area of content: (PvP, Combat, PvE, Social) with follow up "response" based on replies to the answers.

At 100k - ease of play rewards bundle: increased housing item limit and bank space (higher than current caps). 3 Race change tokens. 10 respec scrolls, 1 outfit slot extra per char.

Serious suggestion.

How about for 100k viewers, you have your bug and performance fix team come on a ESO live and explain what they do and the troubles and success they have with fixing the game. Have them talk about how they tackle issues and maybe explain why some things they just cannot seem to fix, like lag in Cyrodiil. Maybe offer some insight on what's being done to address issues from thier viewpoint.
