Kilnerdyne✭✭✭✭✭PC NA Server - (best representation) A golden shining cube of shimmering light stood in the center of Zenimax Studios main office on a pedestal of diamond-encrusted solid marble surrounded by thousands of worshiping developers, testers and technicians kowtowing to it's magnificence and splendor.
PC EU Server - (best representation) Down the hall in the Janitor's closet behind the hoovers and the floor cleaners, probably stuffed behind a boiler, with chemicals actively leaked onto it and with more boxes on top of that, with a big sticker on the side of it that says "Do not Disturb".

Come on...! I was looking forward to play the new DLC and doing some Witches Festival stuff the whole week! And of course it will be fixed on Saturday afternoon. Megatto✭✭✭✭✭ZOS, the EU server obviously can't handle all of the EU and most of Asia loggin on to it, so just folow my advice. GET A *** ASIA SERVER ALREADY!!!
It's easily the best solution possible. Screw your megaserver BS. Give Asia a server and add shards. EZ PZ LEMON SQUEEZY! JOB DONE!

No wonder they cancelled double AP event. If servers cant handle regular event in weekends, imagine what would happened in cyro if we had double AP event.

It’s clearly that the EU server is not up to the state of the NA one.
The only other explanation is that there are significantly more players on EU. But then why would any sensible company f**** over their largest audience?4 -

Personally, it is not about the game. While I appreciate that there now seems to be action on these log in, loading, and other issues preventing EU participation in the game I find a bitter taste is left.
People have been unable to log in or when logged in unable to enjoy the game as it has been very difficult to progress or even move from one area, such as by wayshrine, to another.
Now, well after 1400 (UK) local time we are told we will not be able to even try to log in till after 1800 UTC. Nice! Not! It's not as if this is a one off weekend thing - it's ongoing.
ESO is just a game and not getting to play it can be seen as a so called 'first world' problem. I know only too well that there are many bigger issues in the world. I also know that according to T&C etc, we have to put up with this appaling lack of service. The thing is that people are rightly frustrated, even angry, at Beth / ZOS. Some of us pay a subscription and make store purchases to support a game we adore. Yet, here we are again unable to use what is being paid for at what for many will be the onlytime they can play due to things like ... real life commitments.
Rubbing salt into the wounds we are told it is only for some players then, somewhat tellingly, there is an incoming patch moved forward to the very day that only some players have issues. The mind boggles.
Worst, the company then has the 'b*lls' to put in their message 'Thanks for your continued patience and understanding.'.

I've tried seeing things from your perspective, I was happy when you announced the performance roadmap. The first step is already a disaster despite being "tested and ready". I have cancelled my ESO+ membership until you actually invest in a proper European server.2 -
