They dont need to care about old players base - they already took ur money.
Next step will be F2P then P2W.
I love this game (lore, gameplay etc.) and play since beta.
I stopped paying anything (ESO+, crowns, DLCs, Chapers) more that year ago.
I just then promised myself that I will go back and pay ZOS when they fix this game (i therm of performance and balance).
I now fell good with that decision - still play (when it's possible), still have fun, and dont fell that i pay for crap because what I paid previously is more than enough for that kind of service and quality.1 -

Meanwhile, playing on NA server, I killed Molag Bal, then witnessed the aftermath scene, got ported to Harborage and Im STILL IN COMBAT. You know, such things aren't helping...6 -

Miaura✭✭✭Thursday I got into game but was kicked every 15 minutes or so, then started "unable to connect to gameserver" and the hilarious "this client is allready logged in" messages... Yesterday could not play, today my witches fest has started with 4 "unable to connect to gameserver" and 3 "this client is allready logged in" errors, havent managed to log in even once...
I hope the festival is extended for EU, but yeah, servers need to be fixed first!5 -
LongMaySheReign✭✭✭Could someone at least give an explanation about why it is always the EU server that's getting broken with each patch? Is it because they arranged a cheaper server or something? Is it the incompetence of the people working there?(I doubt, since they'd most probably be fired at this point) Do things get tested on EU server first and then fixed when it's applied to NA? It's become a pattern now, at least give an explanation at this point...0 -

Internet connection is fine, tested other online games and they work no problem
Just a thought but... maybe it’s worth having a little chat with whoever decided to drop the finale of a year long story on top of what is always a busy festival... not a bright idea folks 😇4 -

That reminds me... this morning I was experiencing the (normally PvP-exclusive) "stuck in combat bug" while doing world boss quests in Summerset.
It did not help that I was running as a healer, that always makes the bug much worse.0 -

Exactly, my husband is streaming music from youtube and we use cable not wifi, it's not our internet hat is wrong here it's the server and your main source of codes. I keep getting that error "check your internet connection", I don't need to because I know it's working.

Thing is why does this happen when server load goes up. ?
I know, the obvious answer. Same reason a little bit of snow brings my country (England) to its knees.
I am having a bad day and feeling a little crusty so I will stir things up a bit.
