You have got to be KIDDING ME!!!! Why are you having events where your servers Can not and WILL not handle the load. This system you have will not work unless you do something immediately to fix it.

You seem to think this will get you more $$ by losing players to a failing server?? I can not believe the players of this community will continue to support this type of failing system.

It seems to get slightly better at the moment. My two last loading screens only lasted ~5 minutes. (Which is still annoying though).

Now that you have launched the finale of The Season of the Dragon, could you please dedicate some serious amount of qualified staff on fixing the servers?

We would all happily wait another year for new content if you would make next year The Season of the Server Fix.

For the love of the game, please please please get this sorted, it is beyond ridiculous now. The fact that your player-base is expecting issues with each patch should be a worry for you. The Hotfixes you apply are not sufficient. You HAVE to get to the root of this and get it sorted.

Please stop with new content till your base game is fixed and people can actually play this.

The amount of frustrated and disappointed players in guild chats, zone chats, on the forums HAS to be acknowledged. I understand that the T&C says we will get zero compensation for downtime etc. Fine, whatever we can all live without that. But at least make the money you do receive on ESO+ subscriptions and Crown sales count for something.

Once again your lack of communication is shining through. The customer support of this game is non-existent. The needs to be some fundamental changes to how you guys work this.

Any other company would have had some serious backlash over this kind of support and service (read, lack thereof). You guys need to COMMUNICATE. You guys need to FIX THIS ISSUE.

@ZOS_MattFiror you, your team or your higher ups should all be fired at this point, anyone in ZoS responsible for this should apologize, compensate and communicate properly about this issue, about all the ****** issues which are breaking this game piece after piece, each ***** update this game is getting deeper in the *******, your communication and overall strategy is lacking professionalism, pragmatism and honesty toward your customers.

I hope youtubers and twitchers will brought this issue and denounce you, as simple as that.

Unless they will actually do something to improve the game quality for EU this will be my last months ( yes sadly still 3 to go) of ESO/+
And if RDR2 is even half as good as GTA/Online i´ll be quitting even sooner.
Shame tho since i loved this game for so long but the devs do not seem to care/ do not have the resources to do anything else than to replace the server hamster 1-2 a week

seriously, again? since 21st of october there was only one day when i could properly play..if that how u treat loyal customers..no problem..my subscription ends in November, and it will be last one i payed for..good luck ZOS..out

Current status: 15 minute loading screens. Long enough that the wayshrine cost increase times out as soon as I load into the new zone
